The store is very close, hours of operation are perfect and parking is great.

I honestly don’t know what happened to this place. The previous employees were always kind, helpful, and actually cared about what you needed. Now there’s a grumpy man up front who doesn’t seem to understand anything I say or even try to. I used to enjoy coming here because Debora always took the time to listen and make sure everything was right. Now it feels like they just want to rush you out the door and overcharge you while they’re at it. It’s really disappointing to see how far this place has fallen. I’d suggest finding somewhere that still values good customer service.

This UPS store in Ellijay, GA has expanded to accommodate the growth in our little town! Plus, there's a self serve Amazon desk! Tiffani was so helpful with learning how to use the new system. Great group of people running this store!

Shelby was truly incredible!
I needed photos printed and laminated.
I could not access them from my phone to email to the East Ellijay UPS Store.
She was so Tech savvy she got all 7 photos, printed, cropped and laminated with efficiency, speed and professionalism!
I would highly recommend the store, Ms. Shelby and associates!
Awesome job!
I made my deadline for my presentation!!!!

This store changed owners about a year ago and it is a completely different and fantastic option now. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful. What an improvement!

What truly stood out was her willingness to go above and beyond. She patiently walked me through the options available for shipping, ensuring that I understood each one and helping me choose the best solution for my needs. Tiffani's extensive knowledge about the services offered made me feel confident in my choices.
Additionally, it was evident that she genuinely cares about her customers. Tiffani took the time to check on the status of a previous shipment for me, even though it wasn’t her responsibility. This level of dedication is rare and greatly appreciated.

I went there yesterday after many years of staying away as before it wasn’t very helpful. Pleasant surprise it was bought out a few years ago. Tiffany helped me tremendously. She is the excellence in customer service … she was so helpful and made shipping a pleasant surprise !!! Kudos !!!!
