I love the Emerson USPS. The staff is so friendly, kind, helpful, and compassionate. They offered the best prices on postal boxes in the local area when I checked around many years ago, but I don't know now. If I had anything negative to say about this place, it would be that the prices on postal boxes increase a good amount every year. I don't know if it's just this USPS location that implements increases every year or if it's done at every location. I do hope the rate increases every year stop because I do love this post office ? and don't want to end my service with them over the rates being raised too high. I would give 5 stars if they stopped increasing their rates so much every year.

I was expecting a package yesterday and when I tracked it it said it was delivered, I went to check my mailbox and its not there, I am upset because this is not the first nor will it be the last time this happens; on another occasion they had placed my sons passport package in someone else’s mailbox! Thank God the people that had got it in their mailbox were kind enough to bring it to our house.. I don’t think it’s our job to go deliver the correct mail to the correct house.!!

You have got to be kidding me. I know. You can’t believe it. 5 stars for a post office? Yes folks. 5. The people here are... willing. When no other post office is, they are. Willing to be friendly. Gasp! Willing to be helpful. What? Willing to answer the phone! HUH? Even if they are not your post office, they are still kind and helpful. If this is your post office, count your blessings... if not, your tears.
