I started shopping here at Culpepper's on a regular basis since 2019. The prices are competitive, selection very good and the service is outstanding!! As soon as you walk in the doors someone will speak to you.The employees in every department will try to help you if you have a question. No matter what you need they will happily assist. The big-box stores (Lowe's / Home Depot) don't offer this kind of service. Many times I can't even find an employee to ask for help. Trade local because they want your business. I recommend Culpepper Ace to most of my friends. It's worth the drive.

If I could give less then I would. We bought a gun from them in may of 2024 one week later we returned the gun for repairs after only 5 shots through it. They claim that it has been sent out for repairs. Now it’s November and I still don’t have the shotgun we purchased. We have contacted the manufacturer as they suggested. We have been very patient. As of right now we can’t get a refund and it seems as though it will never get repaired and returned to us. This is totally bad business I would never buy anything else from them period and I definitely would not recommend any one that I know to buy anything from you guys. Update. I finally received a replacement gun but I had to pay the difference on the replacement because it was a totally different gun. And they were super rude the day we picked it up so I appreciate the replacement however I will not change my review.

This is where I get my propane tanks filled. But they have so much more..I can spend an hour in here just looking around..That's how they get you, you start looking and you're bound to find something you didn't know you needed..Great place, friendly associates.

The staff is always friendly and professional. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. This store is a gem in the CSRA and has outstanding customer service. I've been a customer for over 10 years and this store is my first choice when it comes to hunting equipment and hardware supplies.

Very knowledgeable salespeople who know where just about everything is located. A true hardware store that makes it easy to find almost any part or tool you may need in a home. It also includes a top-notch hunting and firearms section including an FFL for transfers and sales. And, they sell quality lumber for all types of construction needs.

Didn’t think there was another good archery shop in Augusta since Walden’s closed. This place is great and the guys in the outdoor department definitely know their stuff. Dropped off 12 arrows to be cut and fletched. They called me back the next day to tell me it was complete. Couldn’t be any more satisfied
