Best AT&T store I've stepped into. I usually avoid these places due to crowds and lackluster service...this store helps move that perspective back toward center.

I guess some people at the store really did not want to work today. I ordered my upgrade online to be picked up at the store here. I called a couple hours after opening to check up on and was told it was completely slammed and it would be done in an hour. Cool. I show up 90 minutes later and its 4 staff members watching TV and not one customer in the store. I comment that I was told it was completely packed here and here someone audibly go "ugh" across the store. I ask about my order so someone goes to the back and the manager comes back up and asks me what my upgrade was again. Like what? Not two minutes later they bring the phone up, scan it at the register to link it to my account, and I'm out the door. I waited 5 hours for THAT?

The very best service! I was greeted immediately and was given the best help. Even with a packed store, the manager made sure to help me as much as she could in such a timely manner! Will absolutely come back to this location only!

Went to the Evans location after a disappointing experience at the Bobby Jones location.
Damone at the Evans AT&T location was attentive and professional. We had to wait, but his knowledge and expertise was well worth the time we waited.
My entire family switched from T Maybe to AT&T. Damone gave us the best deals, explained everything thoroughly, and told us how to get the most for our trade ins and new accessories. He even helped me choose the best phone for my needs. I am loving it!
We are now saving money every month and all have brand new phones for Christmas. Very pleased with our experience with Damone at the Evans AT&T. 100% recommend him and this store location.

Alright!! Patrice Bethea knows how to serve 5 people at once and every person I saw including myself was smiling at her because she shows respect for everyone from the minute you walk in the door. I train people for customer service every day in my company. That's my job. So I feel that ATT needs to hang on to her. She's the standard of excellence in my view.
