My husband and I went to CVS for the covid testing via appointment on the 11th of this July. We still haven't recieved our test results and it's now the 29th of july. I contacted someone from CVS. After 20 minutes on hold, on the 25th of this July, I was told there would be a ticket put in through the supervisor and we should be getting our results soon. 4 more days and still no results. Don't waste your time or money at CVS. AU has a 2 hour turn around on testing. Can't believe we were told 10 days and still no results. I never use CVS because they can't keep pharmacy staff and they have been inconsistent throuout the years. This has been a nightmare. Save yourself the money and time and please go someplace else. The one star is because there isn't an option for no stars. So the one star goes to the NP who took care of us at the window for our tests.

Giving CVS three stars only because the pharmacy itself is nice but the front store not so great. I walked in and spoke to the cashier and he just looked at me. Odd but okay, found what I was looking for and went to check out. The cashier completely ignored everything I said. Confused with what just happened, I purchased my items and left. I definitely didn't feel welcomed. I normally have a great experience here, today not at all.
