This place is terrible. The pharmacists recommended that I get my prescription transferred to Walgreens where my insurance would be accepted and then when put the already busy Walgreens pharmacists on hold for two and a half hours. They proceed to send in the prescription at the last minute so that the Walgreens is already closed and so that when I show up ready to pay the out of pocket cost for the medicine, they no longer have the prescription. Your health can wait another business day. Congrats on saving twenty nine bucks though!

I have been a customer of this location for years. Unfortunately their service has gone downhill. The past three months there has been a problem each time I get something filled. I have been waiting two weeks to get a particular medication. Last week it was too early to fill...(even though its a different formula due to reactions with the other formula previously prescribed). This week they claim that they filled it and I picked it up Monday even though it still shows "on hold" in my account. And I have not been to get it as I have been ill because I have not had my medication. I have been waiting since last night for the pharmacist to call me back to let me me know what is going on.

John and Cassandra were very helpful settling a discrepancy with the pickup option. It’s hard to find good customer service these days. I will definitely be back.

Service in the pharmacy sucks!!!! They pick and chose who they wanna be nice to.... These pharmacies are just hiring any and everybody !!! Hell they need to do a random drug test !!!

Dropped off prescription at 12:00. Told it would be ready at 3:00! The prescription consisted of pain meds which I really couldn’t wait for but really had no choice at that moment. Went to pick up at 3:20 and it still wasn’t filled due to “staff shortage “. There were 7 people behind the counter! Told it would be another 15 minutes! They just lost a 20 yr customer and everyone associated with me! Bad form cvs!!

Most staff ignore you ans refuse to do their job or show any professionalism. Regardless of how many are in lime, the 2nd register is never opened. Not all, but most. Many medication aren't available that are available at other CVS locations. Very busy traffic and difficult to get in/out of.

It’s very hard to get prescribed medication at this location! It takes 45 minutes in line at window! I’m going to have to change locations if you don’t fix this big problem! Hire more people to get all those prescriptions of two locations working! Columbia road CVS location closing down and all those new prescriptions to handle! HIRE MORE PEOPLE!

Made an appointment at the Hereford Farm Rd CVS MinuteClinic for 11.10 today. Arrived at 10.45 and signed in electronically. 10 minutes later the manager came over and announced "this makes us sound unprofessional, but I don't know if any of the nurses are coming in today". Told her an app had been made and accepted online and she said she had no way of contacting anyone to see if someone was coming in. 2 other people showed up while we were there waiting. Manager then tried to phone the MinuteClinic number shown on their website but could not get anyone to answer. The manager was put in a horrible position, having to sort out a mess not of her making. But MinuteClinic showed themselves to be total amateurs in not taking the time to a) change the website appointment app to show that appointments were not available at that branch that day and b) not informing the branch manager that the clinic was closed that day. The CVS store itself I have no problem with, but MinuteClinic at this branch was very unprofessional and does not inspire confidence.

I tried to call this CVS to schedule for a COVID booster shot for someone who doesn't have internet and got no results out of it. The first time I got someone they couldn't give me a clear answer on whether they provided walk-in service or if we needed an appointment. The second time I waited for about 5 minutes for a representative only to have them hang up on me possibly due to poor quality of communication. Their customer service line needs some serious overhaul in both proper information providence and adequate communication.

Roxanne in the pharmacy is so unprofessional and rude. She intentionally did not check me in for my appointment even when I verified with her 3 times to make sure I was checked in. Each time she said yes, she let another customer who just walked in go ahead of me who did no have an appointment (I asked the customer). Roxanne packs up to leave as she’s leaving I ask her if they are still going to get to me and she purposely acts like she doesn’t hear me. I wait in line AGAIN and ask the new person doing the appointments if I have been checked in and she said no and apologized!! Been sitting here almost 45 mins when I speak to the manager and he said they have been having issues with her behavior for a few days. This was such a beyond unpleasant experience to be treated with such disregard as a customer and I will be changing my pharmacy
