I have deal with the pharmacy at CVS on Fury Ferry Rd for 6+ years and the service was always helpful till recently. I will give them credit recently on doing research to explain why my refill on a prescription was to early to be refilled. My issue was when I question why it change I felt like I is was a inconvenience to them to explain it to me. I drive a 18 wheeler and have to work out a time window to pickup my prescriptions, it has alway been a 30 day refill and avaliable to be refill 2 days early , 28 days. But when the pharmacist review my prescription it had be change to a 32 day prescription a few months prior and I did not know it had change. I was ok with her answer to that. With this update I can re-adjust my pickup date range. So they told me the soonest it could be re-filled would be on the 19th of this month, I looked at my CVS app to see if it was set to be refill on the 19th and it showed action needed. So I called to pharmacy on the 18th to see if the could make sure it set to be refilled on the 19th early in the morning, this was because I would be passing by their pharmacy with one of my loads around 10 am in the morning on the 19th. The responce was to the point! , was I would have to call the pharmacy in the morning to get that setup if its available for refill. It came over as I had inconvenienced them again making them call me back from a message I left on the CVS answering system. The pharmacy had alway been so accommodating to me and never had a problem working with me on issues like this. In the past 2 weeks it seem like that customer service has faded. I will have to move my prescription to a different pharmacy if they can not work with me. Keep in mind I alway reach out to them days early to let them know on my pickup date, this is so they can be prepared to make it happen.

Recently the pharmacy staff seems to be less customer friendly! I don't know what has changed. I worked in a retail environment for 40 years and making the customer feel value is very important. I held my employees to these standards.

CVS Pharmacy does an excellent job! I highly recommend this store!! The CVS store is well stocked and organized. Staff is professional, competent and friendly.

The pharmacy staff is always polite and friendly and very helpful. If there was an option for 10 stars I would give it without hesitation.

Pharmacy technicians are rude and unprofessional. A rep named Amanda in particular. You would think when handling sensitive information about individuals health they would employ people that are educated on bed side manner and customer service at a minimum. This complaint goes to who is in charge of hiring this individual as you failed your company and reputation with this hire.
