“Went to dollar general on Saturday and this place looks empty trashed disgusting employees on their phone playing Minecraft even though I found everything I needed”
“Very clean store and the shelves are well stocked. The Dollar Tree is the perfect place to go for special ocassion cards, wrapping paper etc.
There is plenty of parking available. The staff on hand that day were helpful and very friendly.”
“This store is very clean, stocked, and organized..The employees are friendly and polite. I will just start coming to this location. The Thomson dollar tree could learn a lot from y'all.”
“I am here at 8:13 am ! The website is stating that this store on Branch road is open but the doors are actually locked . No one is available . Correction someone came at 8:15!! Monday mishap! It happens
Store was well stocked and checkout was sweet”
“Staff is always kind and courteous, usually has what I want, but still Starbucks coffee cooler is normally empty nowadays, they say it's their supplier. They have a clearance table near the door and a nice selection of snacks, soft drinks, and you can always find water there. Overall, good store to a star of due to the Starbucks cooler. This place is always clean, but on delivery day it will be cluttered.”
“Wrightsboro rd Dollar tree best one to me. The cleanliness and orderliness of the store is 5 stars. I have found things there I don't see at other dollar trees. I spend entirely too much money every time... 😂”
“good store BUT THEY NEVER HAVE NO AIRHEAD EXTREME SOUR BITES, im dissapointed everytime i walk in there and they don’t have them.. pls dollar general, restock on them!!”
“This particular dollar Tree is clean, the worker are helpful, and the prices are good! Most of the drinks are a $1.25, if this store is not out your way, drinks are at a better price.”
“Stopped in looking for a particular type of snack I haven't had in quite a while. The cashier took the time to help me look and she gave it her best! She apologized they did not have it, but I was grateful she made the effort to help me look! That doesn't always happen, but this small town store has wonderful employees. I did not get her name, but it was on Monday 10/20/25 at approximately 1:00. Thank you for hiring people who care about customer service!”
“I love this dollar tree. They always have nice hidden gems. Lots of viral TikTok products are available here and of good quality like their pimple patches and sparkling water. Also nice glass goods.”
“Made a trip into this store 2 days in a row. It was one of the most organized, neat kept stores I have been to. Prices were reasonable and the cashier was friendly and very efficient about going through the line at check out. Clean store and lots of inventory. Will definitely be shopping at this location again.”
“I wish I would have got her name but the woman that was working cashier this afternoon put my phone up when I forgot it at the store. I think she was the manager, I've always had good interactions when she's working thank you so much because losing your phone is like losing your pocketbook all your bank information and all your personal things she saved me a lot of trouble today”
“Just left this location, my first trip here. The women working are absolutely superb! The store is neat and organized and clean. This location for sure will be my go to from now on”
“Such great people work here. Cant beat the prices but you really can’t beat the high quality folks that work here! So thankful this is my neighborhood Dollar General!”
“I came into this store this past Monday and honestly Rasheeda & Shaquita gave the absolute best service I’ve ever experienced! They went above and beyond to ensure that my process was smooth!”
“I live up the street from this store and it's always been my favorite out of the 3 dollar stores within the area! The employees are so nice, the store is always clean and organized. I ALWAYS opt to go to this store rather than the one closest to my house bc of the employees! A few of them have been there for more than 5 years, and are such pleasant ppl ? Great store!”
“This is the Dollar General on Wrightsboro Road towards the medical district downtown. There were 2 very nice young black men that helped me find things in the store & helped me use the locked bathroom. They went above & beyond to help me find prices for the items on the clearance table. They were pleasantly professional!”
“I love this store ive been shopping with them since they were at the other store down the street i love that everything is literally cheap like you can get snacks that will last weeks just off of 5 dollars. The also have self checkout a new upgrade because they didnt have it in the old store. dont mean to be a snitch but someone came in with ebt and they gave them cashback”
“The workers went out of their way to find a product they didn’t think was in stock. April was unrelentless in making sure without a shadow of doubt that the product was either there or not there. After exhausting every resource and getting help from other team members, she found the product I needed! I appreciate her customer service, patience, perseverance and diligence. Joe also assisted in the process in promptly. Had to leave a review for such also work early in the morning.”
“She is amazing in every way very professional will help you out even with the littlest things. I came in wanting to search for candles and she was amazing. Go to the store and make sure you ask for her when you need anything and she’ll always be there for you and her name is. Martita Obannon El”
“Tanika customer service was truly A1.???????? Keep up the good work ?? because this one family Dollar I did not like going to because the of the poor customer service! With the new management and new team members I can truly say the customer service is very different ‼️”
“Sunday June 21st, 2026. Stopped to get a drink and met this wonderfully happy employee named Tay. Busy store and she was all smiles. Ran the front end like a boss. It's refreshing to cross paths with a employee that takes pride in exceptional customer service. Good job Dollar Tree!! Tay is a ray of sunshine and she shares her great energy with random people. We need more like Tay in this world. Thanks TAY, for giving us a great experience!!”
“Best store I’ve been too hands down ?? friendly staff, clean store, fast service, good prices, and the assistant manager is amazingly awesome, handsome, and personally perfect, and handsome.”

“Would like to share my experience in the store today, unfortunately the store did not have what I needed however, every associate was polite and try to help me find what I was looking for. The staff was all cleaning and working as well hats off to Gordon Highway Dollar Tree in Augusta”
“My daughter asked if she could buy the display tree and they told her yes they helped her take it down and put it in the box she was so happy the ladies that work there are amazing”
“This Dollar Tree, like all others, provides budget friendly shopping. Their cards and gift wrapping, ribbons, and bags are priced well below other retail stores. Their holiday items are always updated for the season.”

“The young lady that drives the Jeep was beyond helpful trying to help me locate an item. She even said if she found it in the next shipment she would do her best to let me know. This was my first time visiting this Dollar General on my hunt for this item and this location was clean, organized, and smelled great.”
