“I had my Apple Watch repaired. The water-resistant seal came loose, causing the face to separate from the base of the watch. I spoke with Jennifer, and she stated that it could be repaired. It was completed before the estimated timeframe. I have brought several other items to be repaired. They have always provided excellent customer service at a very reasonable price.”

I then asked her if she could look at my iphone which has the lightning charger. She removed a piece of debis and once again charged me nothing.
