I just purchased my second and third product, one as a gift. I was very fussy and they worked with me to get the text and body as I wanted it. Any glitch and their response was fast. The product is just beautiful and the people running it responsible and view customer happiness as #1. Not enough stars. Pictured is the first etching with the original picture.
