The Service Dept is very nice and understandable and persistent. I bought my 2024 kia sportage Aug 2024 and the week after I heard a loud gear grinding noise when cranking back up at a red light or stop sign (it only happens every so often). Well, they can't seem to replay that noise but continues to squeeze me in and attempts to figure things out everytime I call. I purchased a nice dash cam so they can at least hear what I hear. The sells man that sold me my car gets zero stars Santell Hawkins. I specifically asked if the sportages had 2 details (plastic trim not the matte' because I hate how it fades and charging ports) I was told no even asked about the 2025 still he said no. He rushed me in to buy this 2024 which was on the lot and they needed cars sold, when in fact the 2025 has exactly what I want but because I purchased the vehicle, I wouldn't get enough to do a trade for what I want because I would be upside down. Kia is doing it's best to fix my car issue, it's a great car (Love, Love Love the new Sportage, Kia has definitely improved) but beware of certain salesman there!!!
Edit: Several Times I have taken my car to fix an issue with the loud clank noise. They replaced a part but now it knocks now. They cleaned my car, pressure washed it and the paint was chipped off the front bumper. Told nothing they can do for wear and tear. Wanted to return the car do to all the things wrong with it from the start and the buy back options was way less than I owed. Even though its had problems since I purchased it brand new.
