Terrible experience. I had scheduled an oil change when it was Ford/Quick Lane and when I went to the appointment, they had changed it for the Lincoln dealership. What was advertised as a $69 oil change ended up in $135. Do NOT take your car there.

Fine for servicing but...They admittedly charge 65% more for their parts and call it an "inventory fee"...dont do anything at this location that requires any parts. Most other places will charge you retail. This is a ford location that probably gets these parts near cost and still charge you 65% over retail.

I've taken my F-150 Lariat to Fairway Ford for both maintenance work and a quick lane oil change. In both instances I found the staff to be skilled, knowledgeable professionals who seem genuinely interested in keeping my truck at the highest level of operational efficiency. There isn't any superfluous chatter about needing this or could use that type of advice or recommendations from the service managers. Their reports are consise, mechanically sound with final cost usually spot on with an estimate. I've had no problems having my F-150 maintained by the service department at Fairway Ford and see no reason not to highly recommend them to anyone. For the last two years I personally have nothing but good things to say about the men and women who work there.

Great service from the service department. They didn't honor the price they quoted me the previous day. My mistake for not asking for their name for reference.

It's the best bunch of guys. You get your car worked on by people who you should get to know.

Very disappointed with the service at Fairway Ford. They need to update their in-take system for customers dropping off their vehicle. Instead of a central drop-off location, customers are directed to an advisor. Really unnecessary especially when the advisor is not in his "office". The process clearly can be improved by a central drop-off process. After drop-off, Fairway can assign an advisor who can reach out to me if there are any issues or let me know the vehicle is ready for pickup. While the staff are pleasant enough, they could improve the process by reducing the inconvenience to the customer.

Don't go to TIRES PLUS in EVANS Georgia... A 10 minute new tire install turned into 2.5 hrs due to them breaking a lug and having to order one, but I understand accidents happen. I also noticed on the same rim I was missing a lug nut from my routine oil change and tire rotation just weeks before this visit. So, they ordered a lug and lug nut but never notified me that it was going to take longer which I thought was unprofessional and not courteous. After the over 2.5 hour ordeal I left due to not eating all day and I went straight home, but the following afternoon when I actually looked at the tire and checked that they reinstalled my spare correctly I noticed a dent in my tailgate that was not previously there, so I called the Evans store and spoke to a disrespectful manager named Danny who instructed me to come show him. After speaking with him explaining the events to him he had the nerve to tell me it was ALL in my head (all while using the crazy hand jesture at his temple) and I couldn't prove anything... "Wow". And my family and I have been going there for over 10 years. So after getting nowhere with Danny I asked for the owners name and # and he refused to give that to me but offered to give me his boss # "TAMMY BROWN" and I called her twice and left her a message but never received an apology nor phone call. Now I have a dent on my tailgate that I have to pay for to fix, which shouldn't be my expense.

These guys are amazing!!! We had zero idea where to go for a nail in my daughter's car tire. We googled Firestone and it sent us here. We walked in & Will Ferrell(yes, that's his name!) helped us above and beyond! In fact it was FREE!!! They have a nice bathroom & waiting area with cable tv & up to date magazines. It was so pleasant! The young guy that repaired the tire was super friendly & very knowledgeable. Everyone seemed to love their job and smiling. Such an amazing visit! A solid Ten! Not to mention it is in Kroger parking lot beside Dominos & IHOP if you are there awhile! Great location Great people!!!!

Stopped in, without an appointment, to get help with changing the batteries in my key fob. In less than 5 minutes I was in and out with a working fob. I have always had wonderful service at this Quick Lane location, and will certainly keep using this center.

Usually these guys are pretty on point, but having just waited an hour without my car getting serviced, I'm pretty disappointed in this location. I called ahead hours ago to schedule an appointment (for an oil change, nothing too fancy), but when I got there the tech seemed to be entering my information for the first time. There were two other cars ahead of me, at least one of which had only just showed up when I got there. The waiting room was packed (with 5 adult members of the same family), barely air conditioned, and with the TV blaring a B movie slasher flick. I waited an hour, during which I heard the tech complain numerous times to previous customers about how they had sent a bunch of workers home and only had one tech working. I gave it the whole hour, hoping that either the tech could multitask or the manager could call some of the aforementioned workers back in. Unfortunately, it was just a wasted hour of not being helped, sweating in a tiny waiting room, and wondering about the futility of scheduling appointments...
