The only reason I can not give 5 stars is because the up charge on the cabin air filter that needs no tools to replace. This is a $12 part and I was charged $50 to replace it. It is about as difficult to change the batteries in your remote as it is to replace the cabin air filter. Of course the price was never disclosed until after the services were rendered. It’s absolutely ridiculous and arrogant for a business to up charge customers like that.
Today I simply went for an oil change and nothing else. Makynzi was the technician who worked on my car. She was professional and explained everything to me. I was happy with the service but an oil change is the only thing I’ll allow them to my car. I will say despite the business ripping me off on the cabin air filter Makynzi was amazing and I’ll return solely because of her professionalism and customer service.
