Gold's Gym is a legendary gym and the place to lift in the area. The facility is super clean, well-maintained, and packed with top-tier equipment, including all the new equipment that has been added. It features everything from cardio equipment and free weights to resistance machines, a sauna, a steam room, and massage beds. The staff is awesome, incredibly friendly, and welcoming, providing great customer service. A cleaning staff works around the clock keeping it super clean. The owner sets a humble, service-oriented tone, and the team's hard work shows. The music keeps the energy up, and the amazing bodies are very motivating. While it can get busy, waits for equipment are typically short. It offers a great environment and a luxury feel that sets it apart, delivering for anyone serious about training. It is easily the nicest gym many have ever been to.
I have to give a huge shoutout to Stephanie! She does an amazing job keeping the gym clean, organized, and she’s welcoming every single day! I see her every morning, and she is always so friendly despite me walking on her freshly mopped floors!! 🙃
