Gold's Gym is a legendary gym and the place to lift in the area. The facility is super clean, well-maintained, and packed with top-tier equipment, including all the new equipment that has been added. It features everything from cardio equipment and free weights to resistance machines, a sauna, a steam room, and massage beds. The staff is awesome, incredibly friendly, and welcoming, providing great customer service. A cleaning staff works around the clock keeping it super clean. The owner sets a humble, service-oriented tone, and the team's hard work shows. The music keeps the energy up, and the amazing bodies are very motivating. While it can get busy, waits for equipment are typically short. It offers a great environment and a luxury feel that sets it apart, delivering for anyone serious about training. It is easily the nicest gym many have ever been to.
Very clean, a lot of equipment variety. If the machine you want is taken there are always multiple alternatives available for the same movement/muscle group. Everyone is very nice and welcoming and always available for questions.
