“Don’t care for changes on buying 2 bags of soil. I am 95 years old, found soil , ask for help putting it on my cart. Was told to take a picture of label numbers , go pay and then drive to pick up place and show receipt and someone will load your merchandise. Not nearly as good as old way. Would like to add an employee was at register just standing there talking to cashier, He could have easily helped me, was standing there when I ask for help and was standing there when I left.”
“I went into Home Depot on 1/22 looking for a lantern in preparation for the upcoming storm headed to our area. I absolutely don't go in HD for anything so I had no clue where to look. I asked an associate for help, Terry was his name, and he guided me to exactly what I was looking for. He was very nice and professional and I just wanted to acknowledge him in this review.”
