The best customer service you’ll find. 2 years after getting our golf cart we had an issue. I got in touch with them and they immediately went above and beyond to get my cart fixed and returned as quickly as possible and for a beyond reasonable price.

We had a special build for a customer that was in Florida. It made no sense for us to build the cart up our way and ship it to Florida for our customer. We reached out to Barry from Kart King and the process was seemless. We gave them a deadline (a very short deadline) and they had the cart finished 4 days earlier than expected. Chandler was great to work with and talked with Brandon their lead builder multiple times during the process. If your in need of a custom cart or even a simple cart... These are your guys in the south. Thank you Barry, Chandler, Brandon for helping us and our customer out!!

Kart King’s great reputation preceded them and they certainly delivered. Chandler at Kart King was extremely helpful and solved several issues I was having with a cart remodel without my even actually purchasing anything from them. That’s old school customer service that isn’t as common as it once was! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an awesome customer experience!

I cannot be more happy with the service and product that I recieved from Robert at Kart King. I ended up purchasing a Nativas X4 that was built and ready to sell, but Robert was fully prepared to build me exactly what I wanted, and guided me through all the options I had. I'm extremely grateful to take delivery straight to my doorstep. The financing process was also super simple ? and ended up with a rate I could have never imagined getting on a item like this. Overall, 10 stars! There is only one place to go if your considering a cart, Kart King.

I was looking to build a custom golf cart and ended up going with Kart King even though they are 2000 miles away from me. Barry is a great guy and super easy to work with. He ended up building me a Navitas A4 with a lithium pack which tops out around 45 MPH. I used U-Ship to arrange shipping from Georgia to Arizona. After having the cart for a few months we ran into a couple issues with the hub and a recall. Both of which Barry was able to fix all the way from Georgia. This is the kind of customer service you really don't see in America anymore but I couldn't be happier to give my money to someone who takes care of their customers beyond the initial sale. I will continue to go to Kart King for all of my golf cart needs and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for anything cart related.

They were always dedicated to giving me a superior product and guided me through some difficult decisions on a very tight timeline. Barry and his company have been great with communication and assisting in any needs my family and I have come across with our golf cart. We found the golf cart at an amazing price and it’s BEAUTIFUL!
