After having a bad experience at the Wheeler Rd location, I was so pleased that the Evans location was able to take care of me. Kiara (I believe that was her name) was extremely pleasant on first contact and kept me informed on what was going on before my car arrived. Liam took over and made sure I was aware of each stage of repairs and was very informative when I met in person for pick up. My car looked great! I am very pleased with the service at this location and will continue using them if ever needed. Thank you Liam and Kiara for everything!

The business did a fine job of keeping me up to date with all of the progress that was made towards repairing my vehicle. But I’m still waiting on a part replacement for inside the vehicle, and this was caused by the team member that was responsible for the my vehicle repair.Services: Painting

Took my vehicle to Kendrick based on recommendation from someone who used them in the past. Things must have changed drastically since then. We went in for initial consultation/estimate in late March and had to wait to be scheduled until Jun. When we dropped off the car, we are told we would be contacted by next day with estimated repair timeframe. 3 days later after not hearing anything we contacted and were told they were waiting on an estimate and parts...?!? (Why did we take it in March for estimate then schedule for June just to have to wait for it again?) We were told they had an extreme shortage of body workers and painters so what they would anticipate as a 7 day job, would be 2-3 times longer. Ok, I understand that...just keep me up to date. Fast forward to 4 weeks after dropping the car off, we finally get told the vehicle was going to be ready by the end of the day. Awesome! I get ready to head down from out of town trip and pick up, but on my way get a call that the car didn't pass inspection and would need to get more body work done, which would mess up the paint and that would have to be redone again too. ?Well, I'd rather have it done right than poorly. They said they anticipated another 7-10 days. (July 4th holiday fell in this timeframe so I get it.) 8 days later I was told it is ready to pick up. When I arrived and inspected the car, the "repair work" was quite embarrassing. The body lines between the door and quarter panel didn't line up, the gaps were at all levels, the paint had a myriad of air bubble voids mixed with clumps of debris and drips. I inquired if they had even taken a look at the car before trying to pass off shoddy workmanship. I informed them I wouldn't accept the quality of work and that it needed to be remedied.2 weeks from that day, 7 &1/2 weeks since dropping the car off, I was told it was done. I made arrangements to pick up the car, because I was again out of town for work and unable to make it back on such short notice during their open business hours. The repair did look much better than prior and was aceptable. Everything seemed fine until the first time I drive while it was dark outside. I noticed a fog/haze on my rearview mirror and window. I tried to clean it to no avail. Only when I took a razor blade to it was I able to get the overspray clear coat off and be able to see clearly. I also noticed a noxious chemical smell which I thought would dissipate, but has remained strong for almost 3 weeks now despite my efforts to air out the car.There were a couple positives that I don't want to forget. The staff did seem genuinely apologetic for the duration of the repair and were friendly whenever I interacted with them. They even made arrangements for me to be able to pick up my vehicle when they would normally be closed, due to me being out of town. (If not for these, they would get no stars.)Services: Painting

I was EXTREMELY pleased with the service I had performed on my Lexus!!! The staff was very nice!! The service manager there was VERY INFORMATIVE and polite, I can't say enough about him!!! The quality of work was good. My car was delayed for over two months for rear passenger door replacement. They said it was due to a supply shortage, but there was no update from anyone or communication about the delays. This place could benefit from update email or text messaging system telling you why your car isn’t ready or where it stands with the repairs. I am going to try other places and leave Kendrick’s as a last resort.

Everyone was courteous and very informative about my car repair. Though I don’t know how long it took for them to come to the conclusion. Could be the insurance fault. But after 4weeks I did not receive an update on the status of my car only for it to be a total loss.

Overall the body work was great. The only issue we had was how long we had to wait to get the appointment and then it took over 3 weeks to get the car back, with us doing the follow-up. I met with Kendrick back in Nov 2022 and was scheduled for an appointment in May. These folks are busy! When I went in for my appointment the manager Christian requoted the work that needed to be done. It was less than the original. They were accommodating as I needed to leave my vehicle before my appointment date due to leaving town. They completed the job on time, at a great price, and it looks great. Christian was fair and honest and they did a great job. I hope I don’t need body work done again, but if I do, I’ll be back.Service: Body & Trim

The staff was responsive and polite. The work on my car took nearly 5 weeks to complete, despite a predicted end date of 3 weeks. There were updates sent via text saying my repair was on schedule during the first 3 weeks, then the notifications stopped. I was given a second completion date, but I never received updates or a phone call once the day came to pick it up. A third end date was given and I was never called. When I spoke with the head of repairs, he never gave a straight answer or time period of when the car would be completed or why there were delays. I understand there are unpredictable circumstances, but I was neither given a direct reason for the delay, nor a definitive date to expect the car to be done. Regardless, the staff was respectful.Additionally, there was trash left in my backseat (pictured). All in all, the experience was unprofessional until the manager got involved.Services: Painting
