I shop at Kohl's regularly. My hubby needed some pants for an occasion because he forgot to pack some on a trip. I was able to get what I needed really quickly.

Great store in a great location. Everything is always clean. Even the bathrooms and changing rooms. Associates are very friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about locations of items. Self checkout is quick and easy.

I will never order clothes through the mail using Kohls. The distribution warehouse is a joke. They don't care about their customers. The store is a better alternative. The store gets 5-star. They are the closers.

Be aware if you’re a female or have a young girl who needs to try something on, you will have to go to the mens dressing room! All the female dressing rooms are closed, but don’t worry the men’s is open!

This Kohl's has gone down hill. Best thing about it is they offer Amazon returns. I have been to many other Kohl's that were a lot better. The employees were nice once I was able to find any for help.
Short version: Not enough employees to help on the floor, Not enough cashiers, They push self checkout (I don't work for Kohl's, you can check my items out)
Bad/No clearance sinage for items that have been "excluded" from the extra % off.
Long version
The self checkout has rediculious distracting monitors in your face , of your face, while checking out; I know what I look like. If you are that worried about people stealing you should not have self checkout and you should have people working the floor. Thieves already know they are on camera and investing money into a monitor system so I can watch myself checkout is just stupid.
Bad clearance sinage. Clearance items that are excluded from the extra % off clearance were not marked and I only found out at the register. Again, I don't work for Kohl's and I should not be expected to know the store policies without proper sinage to let me know.
Lack of Help
Not enough employees to help on the floor, I had to search throughout the store for assistance without finding anyone before going to the front to get help. I waited over 5 minutes at the locked sunglass case with zero employees to be seen. I ended up walking around the store through women's, men's, bed & bath, housewares, and shoes; still ZERO employees around to help. There was another lady in shoes department that was asking me if I know a Kohl's policy on ordering items ( she said she couldn't find any help and had been looking; so she finally went to customer service)
I also had to go back to the front of the store to find any associated to help with sunglasses. I found one that had to go get another one to meet me at the sunglass case.
Not enough cashiers (only 1 in the morning) They try to push you into self checkout. I don't work at Kohl's and I don't want to do self checkout.
