Pick up is horrible. I was in the timeframe and I was told my groceries were ready. I had to wait 15 minutes and I was the only one in the pick up spots.

Be aware of their food and candies. We got a Twix from the checkout area and it had expired October 2024. Candy was hard as a rock. We went back in to inform the staff and noticed when trying to get another that all the candy up there was expired, not just the Twix. Be aware!

The bathroom by Starbucks in here isn’t the only bathroom the one that’s not by the Starbucks is super clean but where it is makes it look like there isn’t one there the only thing I would say is add a sign to let us now that there is one there

I was trying to like this store and shop here. But it is February 1st and I got a delivery for a few items. And they sent me ginger from 12/24/2024… it’s February 1st… why was this still even in the shelves? Don’t order from this Kroger location ever. You will get sick badly. Stay away for your safety.

I routinely get rotten produce in my pick up orders from this Kroger. It’s gotten so bad that I make a second grocery trip to Publix after I go to Kroger for most of my produce but now I just need to stop dealing with Kroger altogether. I’m not saving any money by shopping there when I have to immediately throw out what I bring home bc it’s rotten. Why is there even rotten food on the shelves for the pickers to pick??? I decided to finally leave a bad review today. Maybe someone from corporate will see the state of this store and make a change in management before they lose all their customers to Publix. Here is the lemon completely brown on one end with mold on the other end and the old wrinkled up grapes they gave me today. Disgusting and disappointing.

I can't believe Michele still working . here. Everytime I go there and see her my blood just boiled.I love.kroger products a lot but I hated Michele; I complain twice.with manager about her but nothing happen she still there with attitude . First time she bagging my grocery and she just throw n the cart. So hard . Second she always have something to said when I check out in front of her. She always at the customer service in front where I checked out . One time was my watermelon or donuts not bagging . She said to cashier did you scan the donut? Really? Everytime I pass by customer service she always give.me the dirty look. Infact she never look happy with anybody . She just ? miserable and hated her job. I think the the manager at this kroger really don't give d@@ about customer service . Even I complain twice Michele still there and still with the asty attitude especially with the Asian and haspanic. I' think I have enoght. For real , I'm going to kroger.im Columbia road, ii don't care if I have to drive more. The customer service there are much better. if I keep going to Evans Kroger I'm going die of heart attack . Seriously no joke.

This WAS one of my favorite Kroger stores to go to.... until today. I purchased some chicken yesterday that was reduced but still well within the proper date range. Got it home amd thought I might smell something a little off but having had sinus surgery, I'm not 100% on my smell ability , so had someone else check it. It was spoiled already. Brought it back today and got a refund. The customer service employee instructed another employee to take it to the meat department and inform them it was spoiled. As I'm walking around looking for something else for dinner, I notice the employee in the meat department putting the exact same packs of chicken BACK IN THE CASE! I mentioned to him that the meat was bad and he claimed "oh I didn't know, they didn't say anything to me". While I don't know who did or did not do their job properly, I DO know that I have no desire to purchase spoiled meat at all (understanding, things happen) but most of all I don't want meat that another customer took home and brought back! Be careful if you buy your meats here at this store!

It is sad to see gambling machines at the entrance to the Kroger in Evans, GA. I miss the fresh baked bread selection as well.

Kroger, do you really need the video poker machines and the degenerate gamblers that come with them? Why don’t you also bring in ashtrays and cocktail waitresses while you’re at it!
You’re a neighborhood grocery store where people bring their young children. Be a place where families want to do their shopping. We already have to swallow high food prices, do we also have to be subjected to trash? Do better.

Went to kroger evans to have an arrangement flowers for my graduation party event. Saige was extremely great on what she is doing. I'm very pleased and satisfied with her service. Plus great personality. Lucky to have her in your team. She is the best!
