The WORST Lowe's I've been to. Ordered landscaping materials and paid for delivery the next day ...received nothing. The next day I received a partial order and told I have to wait 4 days for the rest ...nothing. I wait an ADDITIONAL three days with no delivery or notifications. Called the store, transferred NINE times before THEY just hung up. At this point they've basically just stolen my money.

This location is always well-stocked and always busy....sometimes it's hard to find an associate to help, but they are always busy working so you kinda can't get upset at that....

Stop forcing your customers to do self checkout unless you want to provide a discount on the purchase. Hire more employees to work the registers

I would rate this experience zero stars, but it did give me a pretty wild interesting day, so I gave it a one-star review. I went there with a friend to pick up about $600 worth of wood for a chicken coup he was building. Inside the store was not the problem. Everything went smoothly without a hitch. Other than this man, I saw dancing in an aisle looking like he was on drugs. My friend and I finished shopping and paid for the wood, and we loaded it. We pulled out onto the main road, waiting at the red light, and what would you know. I see this same guy that was dancing in the store now running across the parking lot, and then he jumped into a red Honda Civic that was in the street on Washington Road. I thought to myself that this was weird because he had some merchandise in his hands from lowes. I remembered the Honda civic license plate just in case, and my friend and I drove down the road. Five minutes later, we see what I can only describe as every cop in Columbia County pulling behind my friends truck and pulls us over at gun point. We showed the cops the receipt of purchase for his wood purchase, and for some reason, this still wasn't sufficient enough so they searched the truck and, surprise, they didn't find anything. They questioned us and finally told us what was going on. I told them the license plate of the car that the guy hopped in. We were let go with no further problems after that. The cops said they deal with this person all the time. Just wanted to share this on Google because we contacted the manager, and we haven't heard anything besides silence. Your security team or whoever worked the cameras that day needs to do better next time. You got multiple weapons pulled on me and my friend due to your incompetence. I hope others will become aware of the lack of attention to detail and how this business communicates with law enforcement. Not that it matters, but I won't be back due to this.
