I thought I had found a wonderful nail spot however after several appointments I still haven't gotten the skinny coffins Ive requested each time and brought several pics. I've been told those break easily and other excuses. I was also told they only do shorter nails due to time issues. Really?? Also their prices escalate every time even for a basic polish design. I usually have to return for polish chips so not sure of their polish quality. So I'm giving a 2 for atmosphere which is calm and they don't overbook so you're in and out fairly quick. Also staff speaks English without foreign sidebar convos which is a huge respect factor. Also Hannah did my eyebrows perfectly everytime. Not a horrible salon but I'll b going someplace that's a bit more creative and can actually do skinny coffins.

My friends and I came in as a walk in. We were immediately greeted with hospitality and great care. All of the nail techs were very helpful and kind. Out of all of the salons we have been to, this is our favorite. We are 100% coming here from now on

They overcharge. I literally had to find myself a price book to look at the prices looked at it decided what I wanted to talk to the guy got it done and then I get to the register and completely different price. This is a bait and switch place so be careful

I have been coming to Luxury Nails for 2 years now and I will never let another salon touch my nails! Every technician here has either given me a manicure or pedicure and their quality of work is pure perfection every single time. If youβre new to the area or not happy with where you are currently going, I canβt recommend this place enough.

I went to Luxury nails this morning. A man named Prince did my pedicure. He was quite rude and unfriendly, which ruined the overall experience for me. A nice lady did my full set manicure. Everyone else seemed very friendly except for Prince.

Showed up at 5:45 on Saturday and they were already closed hours clearly say 7pm even on their door when we pulled up. Really disappointing and unprofessional.

I absolutely love my nail technician, Hannah. She always does an excellent job with my nails and her husband Prince ensures my heels are always soft.
