Ocean Nails and Spa is a very relaxing shop to have a pedicure and nails done. They are friendly and always do a great job. Bi paints my acrylic nails perfectly and always massages my legs firmly, which I enjoy immensely, during my pedicure. Give this shop a try as you won’t be disappointed!

They were very busy with the back to school rush but they took their time with each customer. They always make you feel comfortable.
Cleanliness: Ocean Nails and Spa is always very clean!! I feel they work very hard keeping that way and making everyone feel comfortable.

Update: I felt bad about the one star review, so I changed it and softened my review wording. I did not go back, I can imagine that would only hurt the worker. It isn't the worker, it is the procedure, probably demand for quick turn over by the owners, and quality of the clear polish they used. The workers were polite and didn't talk to each other or me the whole time, so I was able to relax a bit. I was there with my daughter.

For the pedicure, they handed me a book and told me to choose a scent. Instead, I wanted to look through it and decide for myself. Every page I turned was a push for what was on the page, no giving me time to read or take it in before speaking at me about what was on the page. I chose a higher level of service, but felt rushed into making choices.
$20 for a manicure. The clear polish started flaking off immediatly and is almost non existent less than 48 hours later. The work is subpar. Cuticles not straightened up, all of my previous clear polish was not removed (which is still holding fast even though theirs fell off). I'm not even sure what I paid for because it was so quick, like an after thought.
$68 for a spa pedicure, but charged another $20 for the pedicure part, I guess? The receipt is handwritten $20, $20, and $68 with the name of the worker. So, $20 for the manicure, $20 to paint my toes after paying $68 for the spa pedicure, and then a tip on top of it.
I will not be going back. It just wasn't worth the cost.

My mother and myself came in for two pedicures that started at the same time. The technicians did a good job but my pedicure was completed about 5 minutes before my mom's pedicure was. I was expecting to wait beside her in the pedicure chair that I was sitting in, but I was in a very rude manner basically booted out of my chair, I am assuming this was the floor manage. I didn't mind moving for another guest but the way it was done was extremely rude and did not make me feel like a valued custome.

I always have a wonderful experience!
Requested style: Glitter, pink color, French tip with heart gems also did paraffin wax. This restaurant establishment is always clean pleasant and the people are very friendly. Thank you.

Just FYI - We have lived in Riverwood for about a year and a half and I have been here several times. The and the desk is always so on top of everything. They have so many chairs and she keeps everyone moving! She is very always friendly and everyone is super polite. Occasionally less than perfect but it’s in our neighborhood and I don’t need perfect nails. It’s been a couple of weeks since I was there last - today the price seemed very different. I had a gift card so it did not immediately hit me but otw home I called. The nice woman who answered explained that yes the total was correct. Did I have the stone massage - yes like I usually do. $88 for the pedicure and $65 for the dip manicure, cuticle (which I did have to ask for because he was going to start color before I asked) and lotion at end. Same services I usually get pedi with gel, stone, mask, parrafin except I don’t usually have to ask for cuticle. She confirmed there was no change recently - all was correct. Now, I am positive that my total is not $150+ normally. My daughter got acrylic and gel and last time and it was $66. Usually they give you the ticket to carry from pedi to nails and could swear it’s about $68. I am not typically a review person but I did clarify with store. Maybe it is my mistake and previously I was not charged correctly or the price changes/ descriptions have not been reflected on website. Either way - it seems high and I think I will check around.

Stylist: My stylist was MIA. MIA did a wonderful job with my nails. Perfect attitude, very attentive super fast neat and clean.

This was the worst pedicure experience I've ever had in my life. Nails uneven, no English to explain what I wanted, and they cut me. No parfan wax or massage. NOTHING. The prices keep going up as the service declines! Won't return. Amazon sells gell polish. I guess I'll be doing that from now on! I wish I could show you how terrible this is!

Awful experience and very poor work. I can honestly say that this is the worst my nails have ever looked!! Don’t bother questioning their work it’s like speaking to a brick wall. Not to mention they have the highest prices in Evans!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

My daughter came here to get her nails done for prom. Originally they made some mistakes. My daughter was afraid to speak up at the time. She's not one to complain. I called back to let them know about the mistake, and they handled it perfectly. They asked for photos of what was requested and what was received. They called me back immediately after receiving photos and asked for her to come back the following day to get it fixed. The nails came out perfectly. She was more than satisfied and thankful. Three people helped fix the nails and she said that when they were doing the designs all the technicians were watching . That speaks volumes to me about the quality and care they have for their customers. We will definitely be returning here. Thank you!

It's a clean nail salon, but that's about it. I've had a couple of different nail techs, and they all rush and don't care about the finished product. I just went yesterday because I had a coupon, and my nails look like a first time student did them. They seem to not like it when you only get one service. I won't be going back. It's too expensive to to look like I painted them at home.
