Recall Appointment, Ashley and Bridgette were phenomenal. They communicated everything to do with what to expect, timeframe and how they would update for the process. Very professional and personable, also helping with a shuttle that accommodated a car seat so we would not have to wait there for the extra time.
My vehicle was clean, neatly parked, looks as if the technician kept or returned my seat to the same it was.

First I called and tried to make an appointment for an oil change. They told me they don't make appointments for oil changes, they only do walk ins. So the next morning I went in and they told me they were booked and would have to make an appointment. I had a trip planned and needed it done so I just went to jiffy. The next time I called to make an appointment they told me the same thing, I insisted that I be allowed to set an appointment for it and they basically refused telling me to just walk in. So I did, again refused service because they were booked. Now I just got off the phone with them, and by got off I mean I was hung up on (or the on hold service timed out) after 40 minutes of waiting to speak with someone about a part being under warranty. This after being passed back and forth to different departs (parts, service, warranty maybe) trying to figure out how to go about getting either the part or a mobile repairman. This dealership is the reason my next vehicle will NOT be a ford.

Terrible experience. I had scheduled an oil change when it was Ford/Quick Lane and when I went to the appointment, they had changed it for the Lincoln dealership. What was advertised as a $69 oil change ended up in $135. Do NOT take your car there.

I had a great experience buying a used and certified F-150 from here. It was the most straightforward process I've had with a dealership. To start, the ad was detailed with good pictures that didn't try to hide anything. When I contacted them for more information, the salesperson (Denton) quickly got back to me with a signed pricing sheet without any out-of-left-field markups. I got a fair and upper end appraisal of my trade in. When I showed up, the vehicle was as advertised, and Denton had all the paperwork ready for me. There wasn't any pressure in Finance to tack things on. Denton was beyond kind and helpful, and the manager (Mr. Nash) was much the same. I was in and out in about an hour with a smile on my face. What more can you ask for? Thanks all, and I hope y'all had a great Christmas.

Fine for servicing but...They admittedly charge 65% more for their parts and call it an "inventory fee"...dont do anything at this location that requires any parts. Most other places will charge you retail. This is a ford location that probably gets these parts near cost and still charge you 65% over retail.

Bad experience, had appt. Called about truck,kept getting the run around, got to dealership, truck in parking lot hadn't been touched all day. Extremely disappointed want go back. Don't recommend to anyone.

Quoted me $400 for a simple oil change on a 2001 F350. The guy at the desk was not helpful and came across as condescending when I asked for his recommendations.
