First I called and tried to make an appointment for an oil change. They told me they don't make appointments for oil changes, they only do walk ins. So the next morning I went in and they told me they were booked and would have to make an appointment. I had a trip planned and needed it done so I just went to jiffy. The next time I called to make an appointment they told me the same thing, I insisted that I be allowed to set an appointment for it and they basically refused telling me to just walk in. So I did, again refused service because they were booked. Now I just got off the phone with them, and by got off I mean I was hung up on (or the on hold service timed out) after 40 minutes of waiting to speak with someone about a part being under warranty. This after being passed back and forth to different departs (parts, service, warranty maybe) trying to figure out how to go about getting either the part or a mobile repairman. This dealership is the reason my next vehicle will NOT be a ford.

I had a great experience buying a used and certified F-150 from here. It was the most straightforward process I've had with a dealership. To start, the ad was detailed with good pictures that didn't try to hide anything. When I contacted them for more information, the salesperson (Denton) quickly got back to me with a signed pricing sheet without any out-of-left-field markups. I got a fair and upper end appraisal of my trade in. When I showed up, the vehicle was as advertised, and Denton had all the paperwork ready for me. There wasn't any pressure in Finance to tack things on. Denton was beyond kind and helpful, and the manager (Mr. Nash) was much the same. I was in and out in about an hour with a smile on my face. What more can you ask for? Thanks all, and I hope y'all had a great Christmas.

Bad experience, had appt. Called about truck,kept getting the run around, got to dealership, truck in parking lot hadn't been touched all day. Extremely disappointed want go back. Don't recommend to anyone.

Quoted me $400 for a simple oil change on a 2001 F350. The guy at the desk was not helpful and came across as condescending when I asked for his recommendations.

I've taken my F-150 Lariat to Fairway Ford for both maintenance work and a quick lane oil change. In both instances I found the staff to be skilled, knowledgeable professionals who seem genuinely interested in keeping my truck at the highest level of operational efficiency. There isn't any superfluous chatter about needing this or could use that type of advice or recommendations from the service managers. Their reports are consise, mechanically sound with final cost usually spot on with an estimate. I've had no problems having my F-150 maintained by the service department at Fairway Ford and see no reason not to highly recommend them to anyone. For the last two years I personally have nothing but good things to say about the men and women who work there.

I don't know why this location doesn't have a higher rating. I have viewed most of the past reviews but I guess it's different for some people and the experience for their service. I can honestly say that "Gary" and "Noah" are some honest people that care more about the people than just the service that is given. In my unique situation, Gary/Noah went out of their way to perform above and beyond the job. As an active service member, I am proud to have the service of Fairway Ford take pride in the people!!! Thank you Gary and Noah for your service to Fairway Ford.

Turned up on Saturday afternoon after all the snow and ice had cleared with my daughters Ford Ecosport looking for a service. Just walked in and was greeted by a lady who asked what I wanted. I told her and she said "you need to speak to Gary". So went into the service room and met "Gary". I could tell immediately that that place would not be what it is without that man. He had everything sorted and taken care of. Within about 45 minutes I was in and out of that place and at $73 for tire rotation, oil change and inspection I thought that was pretty good - in fact better than my recent Toyota service. I would have given it 5 stars but for the people standing out in the foyer just directing everyone to Gary. What are they doing ? Will I go again - most deffo.

I was pulling my traval trailer with my 2021 f150 and the brake controller in the truck stopped functioning. I called Fairway Ford and they got the truck in right away. It took them 3 days to fix the problem but got it going. They had to wait for Ford to get back to them. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that lives in the area. I wish I lived closer. Fine for servicing but...They admittedly charge 65% more for their parts and call it an "inventory fee"...dont do anything at this location that requires any parts. Most other places will charge you retail. This is a ford location that probably gets these parts near cost and still charge you 65% over retail.

The service department is a joke and complete ripoff. I would rather take my car to a dealership 3 hours away for service than take it 10 minutes up the road to Fairway.

Kind and helpful service members. We worked with Deaton and he was excellent. Received a quote for our trade in in under 20 minutes and was helped with a purchase that we are very happy with.
