I am a pregnant mom, with two children under two. I use pickup as a convince to not have to go in and shop with my children.I understand there is a policy that if it's inclement weather your team members cannot bring things outside. I think that's a great and safe policy to have, however, I was not informed of this until I go to the store with my two children. I was expected to get out and come get my groceries.There should have been an email, call, or text to tell me my order would be delayed due to inclement weather or I should have been made aware that I was going to have to come inside for a Drive Up order.I had to send my mother to pick them up, it was not inclement weather at the time, just raining and she still had to go inside. As soon as she got back to the car they took the paper signs down.I am highly disappointed in Target. I usually go to Walmart for my pickup orders but wanted to try Target since they have better allergy friendly options. I will not be using the pickup or drive up again from Target. I will also not be recommending it to anyone.This is also my second bad experience with Target pickup. I had ordered a pair of shoes and was emailed that my shoes were not in stock. I went inside the store and found the pair of shoes I had ordered.I am very disappointed in Target pickup and drive up. I will not be using or recommending again.

Took my child to go try on costumes to make sure that the costume fit since they were OUT OF THE PACKAGE COSTUMES. And a man who works stops and looks at us and says, "can I help you guys" whilst rolling his eyes and with an attitude. And k told him, "no sir" he then responds, "why does she have the costume on?" And I told him "she is just trying it on". And then huffed and walked away. Very rude and needs to work on his customer service. I would understand if the costume was in a package originally but for him to be so passive aggressive about it was very rude.

Incredibly fun shopping experience on yesterday... Two incredibly dynamic and friendly team members made it a joy to visit even though the store is under construction! Didn't find what I went there for but left with something better.
