We came in this target around 9 pm on New Year’s Day to get a mini basketball
Hoop. No one was in the store and as we’re walking out to buy the hoop along w a basketball to go with it we get approached by security saying they are about to put us out for bouncing the mini ball we are about to pay for in an empty store. But I got it all on video “security” can say hey to TikTok.

During the busy Christmas season, the line was understandably long — but Jackson at the register made the experience exceptional. He moved the line quickly thanks to how skilled and efficient he is with every part of the checkout process. On top of that, he was incredibly polite, friendly, and genuinely engaged with every customer. You can tell he truly loves his job, and it shows in the way he treats people. Jackson turned what could have been a stressful wait into a great experience. Highly recommend his service!

So I was at checkout yesterday 8-15-25 and my cashier was Howard. It was 3:00pm my day wasn't really good but after talking to Howard he made my day better. He had a great smile, great attitude and EXCELLENT customer service. Howard is by far the best Target Employee I have seen. KEEP IT UP !!!

The Evans store is a great example of why Target will never regain their customers. Horrible horrible customer service. The employees need retraining. At this point Walmarts customer service is better.

They need to clean up the bathroom! It’s just sad. Two of the three soap dispensers were not working, which forced me to be in the nasty bathroom that much longer waiting my turn to get soap. Do better!

Our family loves the Target Stores, especially the Evans location the staffs are amazing really helpful and go above and beyond for their customers especially Ms. Melissa in Service & Engagement TL when it comes to customer service and satisfaction; she is very helpful, professional and knowledgeable! Ms. Melissa is absolutely the best and our heroes. Thank you for being awesome and definitely a great asset to the company!

HORRIBLE MEN’S ROOM!

This is not an overall review of this location. This is a notice to management that the men’s room was beyond unacceptable during my visit today. The restrooms at target are generally good good options, but not today. In the event someone cares, I am posting photos here.

I shopped here Thursday night and my cashier was Howard (I really hope I remember this correctly) - he was phenomenal. Very kind, very respectful and a had a huge, infectious smile. He was so careful with bagging my glass items and really took his time. He was also very sweet to my daughter and interacted with her. I hope Target recognizes this awesome employee of theirs ❤️ thank you, Howard!!!

5 stars for Customer Service. I had an issue with a return and saw the staff member's name and it was Bailey, so sweet. The only thing I can say negative about this store is I had purchased a food item that had an expired date so maybe always check the dates.
