Beware of having services done, they will hide the fact that they charge $180/hr for labor!!We recently had our car serviced, for a check engine light, a tire pressure gauge, and an oil change. They held the car there for a week and smacked us with a $1000+ bill, consisting of $700 in LABOR! Absolutely ridiculous.

I purchased my X3 from a wonderful sales team in July 2023. Armondo and Karen were very helpful. I was so pleased and impressed, I brought my mother to purchase an X1. The supportive communication prior to the test drives, kind advice provided during the financial planning, and overall pleasant experience is exceptional. The humor and comedic interactions helped the experience which was emotional for personal reasons. The sensitivity of Armondo and his patience is why I recommend this dealership without reservation.

Would never recommend this dealership. If I could give it 0 stars I would. My sunroof spontaneously exploded on me while driving (google it- there's a class action lawsuit against bmw). In stead of saving the glass to send to corporate for inspection- they threw it away and actually LIED on email blaming the glass failure on me. Not only that the service is horrible, slow, and expensive. Save yourself and go anywhere else but here.

I like these guys they are friendly but recently my vehicle had a recall on it. Phone that I was notified with (I think through the app) didn't go any where. Main number and recall's extension didn't go any where. Went there and got the recall done, still being notified of recall. Basically the management of recall defects is not very good !! Can make you a little frustrated with BMW.

Turns out, Jerry Cousins has left and is back at Mercedes Benz of Augusta. Just bought another car from him.
