Sales manager Sam Jones provided friendly and professional service helping me get a 2026 X2 transferred from another dealership while still on the ship enroute from Germany!!! Felt welcome as soon as I stepped in the door. Take note Columbia, SC BMW, it's not always about trying to rip customers off, and use guerrilla warfare tactics to get a sale, those days are long over

Taylor BMW was so rude. I guess I don't fit there image. I went to get a new key because my key fob quit. A new key with remote was $330.00 plus another 2 or 300 to program it. Or she could sell me a new key that manually unlocks everything. I said I already have two of those. The men in the service department were jerks. Needless to say I kept my Manuel key and saved 130.00.

My girlfriend and I have been shopping for an X3 for a couple of weeks now, and we drove into Augusta, GA from about two hours away to take a look at one of the models on lot at this location. To be frank, the handful of other dealer locations we have viewed prior to this location left more to be desired, specifically when it came to salespeople. This was not the case here, as Hailey Rocafuerte was very personable, easy to speak with, and had exceptional knowledge in regard to all things BMW. We have come to find that these are not a given, but Hailey proved to be an excellent role model for others to follow. While the model we viewed today was slightly out of our price range, perhaps the most disappointing thing was that we could not close a sale for Hailey! I myself am a long-term BMW owner, and our experience today ranks within the top 10% of all my BMW dealership experiences. If the store in our home city picked up an X3 model that we would be interested in buying, we may just ask it to be shipped to Taylor BMW to shop with Hailey again! All jokes aside: great experience, and we look forward to coming back through again.

I recently purchased my 3rd BMW from Taylor and, as before, their treatment was top- notch every step of the way! Thanks to Rob, Sam, Karen, Rocky and Montreal for another exceptional experience!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else for a car.

Everyone at Taylor BMW was extremely friendly and helpful. The buying process was out of state for me and they made it so easy! Would definitely recommend this dealership! 5 stars all the way.

I bought a certified bmw x3 this year. I did a tint installation 2 weeks ago. Few days ago, i saw my door handle was broken. I brought my car in for diagnosis. They told me it won’t be covered by warranty due to the tint installation and the screw fell off.

I bought this certified BMW car about three years ago. When I drove it home, it had a small shake to it. I called the dealership. They said, bring it back so the next day my husband followed me and we took it back to the dealership. By the time we got there it was shaking so bad, and the service person came out. He was going to take it for a test drive instead he took it right to the back of the building. The front wheel had not been tightened and almost fell off the car.
I took the car in for service on May 10 because my engine light was on. They said I needed a new catalytic converter and a new gearshift which they replaced 10 days later, I was able to pick up my car, no loaner was offered. I drove it home and just before I turned onto my street, the engine light came back on again. I called the dealership and was told that they couldn’t get me in until June 4 for a loaner car, so I waited till June 4 and the today is June 12 and I had to call them, to see what was wrong with my car and find out when I could get it back. at 5:20 tonight they finally called and said it was done and I could pick it up either tonight by six or pick it up tomorrow. all this time they’ve had my car. I asked what they did to it and was told that they had to replace the Lambda Sensor, but he didn’t know what that was, and I would have to talk to the service person when I came to pick up my car.
The Service Communication is terrible! They could care less. I will never buy another BMW from them. I am thoroughly dissatisfied!

I personally haven't dealt with this BMW dealership because they do not offer same day pre-purchase inspections to non-dealership buyers. When I spoke with Missy, she was very nice but seemed a bit uninformed to be a "Service Manager". It's a shame really, because every other BMW I've purchased did, and they earned a solid customer for the years I owned the cars in their respective areas. Ocala, Fl has an awesome dealership, as does Wilmington, NC, and both are extremely accommodating.

Every time I think my expectations can't get lower they find a way to disappoint me. I wouldn't buy a bike from them. Rude, horrible customer service, bad at financing, not good at warranties, WORST DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER BEEN TO!!! It's not hard to walk up to a customer and just say hi. They can't even get the basics right.
