I go often to get slacks for church . Recently I had my kids with me (store full of people) my youngest threw up all over herself and I . The employees were helpful as I was cleaning ourselves off in the bathroom they gave me a cheap shirt to wear and told me not to worry about it . Showed great customer no ugly looks just help . Thanks again 👍

My daughter and I love to shop at Uptown Cheapskate! This trip was for a dress for the Jason Aldean concert tonight. Wound up buying her 2 dresses and a pair of sandals for me! Everyone is always nice and helpful!

I saw an advertisement that they were looking for jeans. I took my 60+ jeans up there. They kept three. All brand named some Not, and have not even been used and they kept the none non-name brand ones? I Wondered why they only accepted three when I went over to look and most of the sizes that I was trying to give them they didn’t have hardly any in that size so I was very confused as why they wouldn’t want more jeans. The girls that had noticed me when we first got there and cut me prior, were up there and got $30 for two pairs of jeans and I think maybe a shirt. The three pairs of jeans that I had told them they could keep and exchange for money. I saw the two tags that they were going to put them on sale for 20 and $15. They gave me $13 for those three pair. They are basing their fashion sense on teenagers picking and their ability to sell name brand gently worn clothing, but the clothes in there look goodwill and the name brand was over priced used looking. The girl that helped me knew the other girls and definitely gave them a deal . I don’t understand how they can with a clear conscious Stand there And tell others that their clothes are slightly worn so they cannot take them or they’re not in season. I noticed a lot of stuff was very worn and dated my stuff had tags some more cashmere sweaters. My kid came back from trying on some things while we were waiting. They chose one pair of hollister jeans and three shirts. These were not name brand shirts. It rang up $80. The Guy that checked me out, said that they had some sort of sale and gave me $10 off. So in reality, it would’ve been 90$ dollars for three shirts and one pair of jeans I told her since it was School this would be the only time we would be doing this uptown cheapskate looking for jeans thing, next time we will go to the outlets. We have used uptown in the past and I just feel the same as when we go to kid to kid no one’s friendly no one’s happy they all look exhausted and crabby. Lesson learned.
