The carriers aren't held to any standards and they dont seem to care that they blatantly refuse to do their job (Such as dropping off a package at a door..). The front desk people will try to gaslight you into thinking there isnt actually an issue occurring or that it is somehow your fault or someone else's.

The lady with the braids up front working the counter could use maybe some retraining on courtesy and professionalism. She absolutely fits the stereotype for rude government employee who won’t get fired or reprimanded because…

2024-08: I use this post office for dropping off packages so I can have a receipt with package weights and date/time it was dropped off. I've never had an issue with any of the employees or the customer service they've given me.

Service is getting more and more ridiculous. I found packages dropped off at 2 different neighbors' homes last week. Another package showed delivered but wasn't on my porch. The box was left propped up against the mailbox at my driveway, not inside. Pure laziness

Everybody here is always so friendly, patient and helpful and they seem to enjoy their work. Although there is a line sometimes, I never had to wait long.

Evans PO lost my package. I went to the PO early yesterday and they made me sign a delivery card, saying it wouldn’t be delivered without my signature. That afternoon I got the card back in my mailbox but no package. I went back to the PO and the Postmaster said he didn’t have time to help me and started telling how much work he had to do. Package still lost. Postmaster no help. In addition, we get our neighbors mail in our box almost weekly. No telling how much of our mail has been put in the wrong box. Tired of such inefficient gov. run PO. This Juneteenth holiday is a joke. How many Hollidays do gov. Employees have?? They need to get their act In order.

Went to apply for sons passport. We scheduled appointment in advance and brought documents with us. There is an office specifically for passports and they will even make photocopies of your IDs. The gentleman working is a veteran and was very patient for our son's photo. Overall great experience and wish every passport experience was that way. Thank you for great service!

Unfortunately we had a pretty disappointing experience. DONALD was very friendly and helped us out today! However, when he needed some assistance from his supervisor, LISA is when things became uncomfortable. Lisa’s method of training involved treating Donald like he was stupid and allowing him to make errors and then chastising him for it in front of customers.

They get an F... No other way around it. The online system to make an appointment to get a passport is not working and will not send the code to verify identity. I have tried dozens of times. The local post office will not answer the phone and the USPS Customer Service line will not transfer you to a live person. It is unbelievable that this place is even still operating. Shameful really. Going to use a private passport company as its impossible to use the Post Office.

The self service machine said it can print shipping labels gave me my receipt but didn't give me my label. So I waited in a 30 minute line just for them to say they can't do anything. Zero stars if it would let me! I paid for a service too. I didn't get my service!!
