I came to return a device and when I walked in there were around 6 employees in the store and a girl named Tori said hey but didn’t really look at me. I told her I was there to turn in a device and she asked me to turn it on. I did and I handed it to her … she said thanks and when I asked for a receipt she finally looked at me. This girl was higher than a kite. I asked her if I could get a receipt and she told me it would be sent to my email. I asked what email and she told me the one on file. I asked her which one and she looked down and said “the one on file” I told her we have several emails on our account to which she said “you’ll have to look it up” and then walked to the back and everyone else just looked at me like I was stupid. I asked the man next to where I was if she had an issue to which he said “she seemed fine” to me. It was ABSOLUTELY not fine.

Tanika at the Evans Verizon is awesome! The best Verizon employee I have come in contact ever! She went above and beyond to help us with our issues. Go to the Evans location. They will make sure you are taken care of.

Larissa was an absolute blessing today. I had a last minute situation where I had to get a new phone, and she sat and worked out every problem with me. (It took a couple hours, I had to leave and then came back, and she took me immediately) It really was a terrible day, and she saved it! Thank you Larissa!!!

I only give this store 5 stars due to Nathan. I have lived here since the opening of the store. I haven't had a great experience and in other cases have had a bad experience mainly due to me not understanding the plan pitched by the sales person and the sales person getting frustrated which is distracting/overwhelming because then I start to feel bad and have to deal with their frustration. They usually tell me calmly that they are okay and not upset but you can see it in their demeanor. So if you are someone that picks up easily on others vibes and may not easily understand the process and financial bit then go with Nathan. Nathan has been able to communicate well and is always calm. We allow others to go ahead of us to wait for him to become available. The store looks nice. I have bypassed this store to go to the Augusta store and had felt welcomed and even gratitude that I was there. So really the Evans store just needs better salesmen.

This Verizon’s store customer service is second to none.. Everyone that has waited on us to give advice or sales person. Has been fantastic. It is really appreciated especially knowing what that area is went through with Hurricane Helene..I was told Verizon sent 10 million dollars to the North Carolina area . Verizon has also shown support the their employees and their families in the CSRA Area.. Hats off to Verizon. If I were allowed to give more stars to the Verizon store I certainly would.. Great team at the Evans Store.

I had been with verizon almost 15 years. I had a break of service then came back to make a business account. Horrible experience. I had this account open for 9 months and my bill has changed every month. When I signed up the bill was suppose to be around 240...well 436, 345, 355, 298...are just a few. I have gone back to a corporate store and they were surprize to see what was happening to my bill. They call multiple times to get it fix. Verizon still has not fixed the problem and that's why I left. I think 9 month is more then enough time to fix this issue. Verizon has not cared about any customer for a long time but the service had been pretty good but now that has been flushed down their toilet with the rest of their business plan. That's fine I'll take my business somewhere else.

This Verizon location in Evans, GA has two young employees that have no care in the world to want to help you or even try to help. I will never step back into that store for anything!

Had an issue with iPhone screen that stopped working. Went through order with store rep. Everything was in order to replace the phone, until the rep inadvertently selected 2-day shipping instead of in-store pickup. Now I’m out of a phone for the next 2 days. I will also have to take off work so I can sign for delivery. The store refused to correct the mistake, now I’m stuck with it.

Very friendly, clean, and organized. General Manager was super accommodating and though. Got everything sorted out for me. Everyone was friendly and chatted while I waited.

Nathan is a star. He takes time to answer all your questions and is never in a hurry. I will have all my friends go to Nathan.
