This Walmart is always well-stocked. So far every time that we have stopped here, they have everything that we have been looking for.

One of the BEST Walmart's in town! Staff is friendly and the store is usually very clean (plus it is well organized). I mainly come here for pick ups through the app. The team working pick ups is efficient, fast, and always accurate. There is amble parking at this location as well.

Walmart Tire & Lube Express – Evans, GA Location
I want to give a big THANK YOU to the team at the Evans Walmart tire center for actually doing their job and taking care of me when no one else would.
Earlier this week, I had a tire pressure sensor come on, so I originally went to the Bobby Jones location, only to be told they couldn’t help me without an appointment and basically sent me away. I drove to the Evans location instead, and they immediately took me in with no hassle.
They found a nail in my tire, patched it up, and had me back on the road quickly. Later that day, when the sensor came back on, I returned—and once again, they didn’t give me the runaround. They rechecked everything and realized the patch wasn’t in the best spot, so they explained the issue clearly and helped me get a new tire. They were professional, honest, and patient throughout the whole process.
Even though I ended up needing a new tire, the Evans team treated me with respect and actually seemed to care about fixing the problem the right way. THAT’S what good customer service looks like.
Thank you again to the Evans crew—you’ve earned my trust and my business.

I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service in the Evans Walmart. I visited the location on June 2 around noon. The staff went above and beyond to speak and each department representative asked if we could be assisted. I have shopped at many Walmarts in various cities and States. This experience was one for the books. We visited the sport and goods section and home goods. Thank you for exuding superior customer service.

I wish I could give less stars. Ive been trying to get my money back from an online order I was double charged for for a literal month. An order placed on june 5th charged twice with one still pending. Guess what, the store wont answer a call useless

Generally have a good experience at this location. Friday night 8/9/2024 around 830 pm was a different story. I get you have to lock thing up, but to have to wait on someone 3o minutes to open a cabinet is unacceptable. I actually went to find the customer service person who was lounging around playing on her phone. I even asked her if the notification buttons worked and she acknowledged they did letting me know she just ignored them. She had a horrible attitude the whole time. Please reconsider hiring such miserable people who do not want to do their jobs.

Before I start this I want to say that I have never wrote a review before but Customer service is absolutely terrible. Went there August 9th at 8pm. Needed something on the body spray isle. I literally waited 15 minutes before I finally got fed up and went to find an employee who directed me to customer service. The lady who “assisted” me was an obese woman with tattoos and a nasty attitude. I told her the issue and she not only gave me a horrible attitude but took another 5 minutes to get there. I don’t understand how people like this even get hired. Nasty, rude, and lazy.

Today I saw an old couple with three dogs in a shopping cart. I don't agree with non-service dogs being allowed into the store. Because they aren't trained and might use the restroom in the cart and run all over the store floor.
