Since the beginning of the pandemic, I have enjoyed their products with contactless delivery through Instacart. Over the years, Kroger has been expanding significantly their selection of organic products under their generic brand "Simple Truth". I would recommend Simple Truth organic Dark chocolate 85%, their Simple Truth organic whole wheat pasta range, etc. Their generic brand "Private selection" offers fairly priced wild caught cod, shrimps, etc. Kroger has been having the best deal around here on Post Great grain cereals, Silk unsweetened vanilla almond milk yoghurt, organic Amy's roasted vegetable no cheese pizza, etc. Kroger has innovative and delicious products such as the organic Lesser Evil no cheese popcorn, organic Nuttzo keto butter, etc. It is easy to park on their spacious parking lot.

Pharmacy is great. The rest of the service is not. I had a leaky milk carton. My hands were full When I told an employee it seemed I inconvenienced him. Never did get my milk because I wasn't t going back. Another employee was complaining about the milk trail so I explained to him it was mine. I had milk all over my clothes. I had picked up the milk And walked to check out. No one apologized or offered to get me another milk. I did file a complaint and had a wordy apology days later.

This Kroger is much less crowded than the one I normally go to and it also has a Starbucks. Win-win! I always love coming, they stay pretty stocked on their items. It's also next to a few restaurants.

Ok, here we go again. yelp needs half a star. I was in the produce department picking through the nasty produce and just left the cart and walked out. It was awful. Did I say awful. This Kroger needs to shut down. Get rid of it. I then went to get the coffee creamer I like, Baileys Irish cream" not there sold out. Once again they fail. If you have a problem with this dump please post. We need it shut down to put a real grocery store. Now I am at Walmart. Thank You Sam Walton. I know they have better produce. Get it together Kroger or lock the doors.

If I could give a half star, I would. I've never been the only person in line and still wait 5 minutes to be asked what I needed. The people were just walking around the deli.. Doing nothing. One of the items I wanted wasn't available, and I wasn't told that they'd prepare more for me... That's ok. But to run around frantically looking for a small container for green beans wasn't necessary. No one even wanted to help her look. They were all too busy doing... Nothing. I waited... And waited... And waited. Nothing. This is the third time I've had horrible customer service from this Kroger. It's the last time I come. It's known as the ghetto Kroger for a reason.... And I really, really, REALLY like Kroger...

This is the largest Kroger I've been to. Everything was so nice and clean. I was in the area and needed snacks. Everything was incredibly organized and I was impressed by their seafood options! Plus they have a Starbucks! My only complaint was I had an encounter with two employees and they were not the friendliest but it was later in the evening so maybe they were just tired.

A really crammed and outdated 1980's Kroger. I went for coffee and beer. The beer selection was really lackluster of local craft beer. And the Starbucks has no bakery items.

I like the click and go but I don't understand why I can't order only the chicken I like to eat. I like fried chicken wings. I should be able to either call and ask to have 8-10 wings or walk in and ask if I can just have some wings.

This may be a biased review Yelpers. Sorry. I want to give Kroger one star, but it's not a bad store, per se. The reason I'm dinging them hard is because there seems to be a shift toward self checkout. I mean it's 745pm and there's only one checkout lane open, but about 4 employees directing folks to self checkout. I've been here after 9pm and it's all self checkout. I don't know. I imagine this is a strategy to stay competitive and offer lower prices, but when I do all the work... it makes me want to just online shop. Also - 7 out 9 plastic bags busted open either along the bottom seam or along the handle seams. Why even bother Kroger? If it wasn't for the fact that you're on the right side of Washington Road, I'd never have to deal with you. That said in the future when I have time I'll drive to Publix up the road.

Love this Kroger, probably because of the Starbucks attached to it...lol. Kroger has the best sales, especially on meat! One perk is being able to use your Kroger card for discounts and then being able to go get gas at a cheaper rate. It's always busy but that never stops the associates from trying to assist when you're in need. The great produce and service is a deal maker for me!!

This Kroger store is remodeling and moving towards making most customers use the self checkout lanes. If you enjoy being a grocery store cashier then this should work out fine for you. Buying an ear of corn? 4 or 5 punches on the screen finally leads you to a screen where you select which variety you have- Indian? White? Multi-color? And so on. What color is the flesh inside my peach? Now weigh the banana. Ugh! It took me forever to check out and I don't plan to go back for more cashier practice. The prices at Publix may be higher on some things but for me it's worth it to have a pleasant shopping experience, good customer service and an employee to check out my groceries. So long, Kroger.
