Unfortunately the person was unable to help me. They sent me back to the website online which is a black hole of nothingness. The website wouldn't let me submit a form because it was broken. So I went into see a person and they're not empowered to escalate the issue. Basically what has happened to most government institutions. They don't care because there's no accountability.

The ladies that work this location are awesome. Walked in with 11 packages to mail thinking it would take awhile they tag teamed the packages and I was out in less 8 minutes. That's customer service.

There is plenty of free and handicap parking here. The building is in excellent shape. The employees are friendly and extremely helpful with mailing products and services. I was able to get my mailing done with a minimum amount of effort. Excellence in mailing services.

I have had nothing but good experiences at this location. Whenever I have gone, a black woman was there to assist me. I've had items shipped to my PO Box and received them when I was told it should arrive.

I go to this post office for all my mailing needs. It is quick and easy and they are always nice and helpful. I saw the other reviews where people said they were rude and I have never experienced that. If you come in with a normal package and act normal you shouldn’t have any problems here. I never have!
