Cameron was SUPER! He was very knowledgeable and professional. I changed carriers because he was determined to make me happy and I was when I left. The manager on duty was awesome as well.

I experienced truly terrible customer service here. I was told that the only way my brand new, non functional phone could be replaced was to pay $250 for insurance to replace it (as if I had damaged it myself) OR to sign up for a new phone line and BUY a new phone! Not once was the manufacturer’s warranty mentioned - for a phone that was less than 30 days old. Thankfully I decided to walk out of that store and went straight to the Kedron AT&T store, where an extremely helpful person told me about the manufacturer’s 1-year warranty. The customer service person at the Fairburn store either had no idea what she was talking about (likely) or she was just not interested in helping me. More training required!

Shout out to the Fairburn team! Each time I've been in the store no matter who was working Jordan, Sidreaka or Cam have always done an exceptional job helping us whether upgrading the phone, customer service problems and technical issues. Great teamwork and the only AT&T branch we go to, we'll go to the branch before ever calling customer service! That's how good they are!

Had a great experience. Cameron was the only employee in there but still made sure I was taken care of. He had great customer service, was very friendly and funny, and very professional. If you go ask for Cameron to help you out!

My husband, daughter and I walked into the fairburn store location to have our upgrade/phone situation sorted out. We were immediately greeted by Sidreaka and Cam. Sidreaka listened to us, understood what we needed and took great care of us with so much patience. While she was working to get each line sorted out and fixing the mess that the representative we spoke to on the phone prior to our store visit created .. Cam assisted us with our accessory needs. We walked away from the store happy. We are very grateful for Sidreaka and Cam! They made our visit very pleasant. I recommend Senoia Rd (Fairburn) location.

Please don't use At&t! Use Tmobile. ! They sell you phones and don't tell you about hidden charges. It really a scam, and it's nothing you can do because usually you want know it until your bill comes out. Then they say you pass your due date. Make sure you check everything out thoroughly. I can't believe I got scammed by a reliable company such as this, so I definitely hope you read all small print. Don't take their words. It really heart breaking that At&t is a scam!!

One of the best experiences with outstanding customer service I have had in a while. I am an OTR driver and was on the road. My phone lost reception due to a sim card issue. Desmond went above and beyond to get me back up and running and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes.

Me and my mom, wanted to upgrade our phones. So we order them online for pick up. And when they called us to us it's ready. I'd drove over there to pick it up, they called the fraud department on me and i left with no phone. mind u i had id and i was an authorized user on our account.

Customer service was terrible. I dont know about all the employees, but the guy that was there at 2pm Monday 18, 2021, was the worst customer service I had in a while. I wish I would have gotten his name. I dont want this to reflect on anyone other than it is intended for. Just beware of this young guy. He has no people and service skills.

My issue was resolved very quickly. The manager I dealt with was very knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location.
