“I was referred to this location by a friend of mine and I must say I had a great experience. The customer service was great and the process was very quick. I told the young lady I had to be to work at a specific time and she got me in and out within 20 minutes. They also offer to get you started over the phone which is a great option but I went inside because I was in the area. It was very nice and clean and smelt good which I appreciate because after covid nobody really kept their cleanliness up. I was paying 308 with progressive who has been no good to me and Loya got me down to 172 for full coverage. The deductible was a bit high but its really the same thing once you calculate how much you pay monthly. I went with it. Thanks to the young lady who sold me the policy and the young man who was very kind and polite as well. I will send my family and friends that way. Thank you again!!”
