Worse service ever. Brought my car here and came to pick it up since it wasn't selling. Car wasn't starting up and had a flat tire. Unbelievable and on top of that they are charging $15 each time your car doesn't sell. Customer service here is horrendous and they're all money hungry.

why is this place open???!!...everyone in there is rude with absolutely no customer service skills (not any)...including the security guard that stands behinds the desk & ask questions like she's part of the office staff...but when u hav a question??? her response is "oohh idk im just security some1 will be out".. well sit ur azz dwn or secure the primeses and stay out of ppl's business. the office staff is worse they suck!! everyone has a nasty disposition about themselves they look stressed & strung out...i got hung up on twice the day before i got there...they try to talk to you bad but wen u get there no body knows who you've talk to..and everyone passes the blame...but when u speak ur peace they wanna say lower your voice & calm dwn but u were just on 10 but i need to calm dwn??....i was calm until i had to deal with an office full of ignorant females that know absolutely nothing but how to be rude and sit and discuss other customers while on the phone with a customer!! everyone that works in the office should be reassigned to the unemployment office and put in a cubicle to talk to nobody!! i rate them a negative ten -10

This place is horrible. No one answers the phone. No one calls you back. When u do speak to someone they are extremely rude . One lady said "she doesn't care". I had to file a complaint with the Fairburn police department, Fairburn police will escort me to get my personal belongings and my plates. They do not have a credit with the BBC. stay far away from this place. They are terrible. I am trying to reach out to coroprate.

I am an auto dealer. I took a car to Adesa Atlanta auction to run through the auction. The first bid I got was 2,700 but my asking price was 3,500. So I ran it again the next week and also lowered my price to 3,000. On this week the bid came in at 2,200 and the auctioneer decided to call it an "if". The deal must have fallen through, because I never got an answer from Adesa about my counter offer. I decided to pick up my car, but when I got there, my head rests had been stolen. YES! STOLEN! Also my OBD reader was yanked from underneath the steering column. WHO DOES THAT??? Then one of my air vents was pulled off, my coolant reservoir cap was missing, hoses were pulled off from under the hood... all kinds of things were done to the car. I feel Adesa Atlanta should buy the car from me and give me what I asked for the car. Instead, they are trying to run it over and over and are not getting anywhere CLOSE to the bids I was getting in the beginning. The car has been destroyed while on their property. I am just sharing my experience. You can decide to do business with this place if you want, but when something happens, you'll remember this review.

No one ever answers the phone. I left 2 messages, never got a call back. Called them constantly for 2 days before someone answered and was then told I had to wait 3 days to pick up my car that I already paid for. When I finally was able to get there I understand why no one answered the phone. They are to concerned with eating McDonald's and gossiping about b*******

I waited for over 3 hours for my stuff. They finally showed up with 2 bags of someone elses property. I wanted to make sure the next go round to locate the correct car, the man behind the desk, said the two men collecting it were "soft minded." It then, took another hour for them to find the car. So they ended up just bringing me my car to get my own stuff out. Upon entering the vehicle, they had placed a black, strap-on dildo in the front seat. I made a comment saying this was not mine and the thin, older looking gentleman, said "They all say that." I'm assuming this is what the two men were busy using, while trying to find my car. I have made reports to every agency, and plan to have them lose their jobs, so they may experience what it feels like to be unemployed and to lose their vehicles, like I did mine.
