Just rude, I stood at the counter nearly 10 minutes before anyone even greeted me, and said they would be right with me but I continued to stand there a for minutes longer before just leaving without my medication

I was on hold for 20 minutes to check on a prescription. I finally just got in my car while still on hold. I was the third car in line before Kiara picked up the phone. I asked if my prescription was ready for pickup, and I also asked was it normal to leave a customer on hold for 20 minutes? Kiara stated with an attitude alot is going on we just opened back up from lunch, customers are in line waiting, as well as the drive-thru. Get to the window, the customer service is less than horrible. Do better at picking people, not the people that just want a check. Train better, it doesn't cost anything to be kind. And know that you make a difference in a person's life while you're servicing the community. Kindness goes a long way.

For normal CVS purchases this place is helpful. However, for picking up prescriptions they take way to long. This is not only my experience but even the Urgent Care nearby have heard similar experiences. When you need a prescription ASAP I would not suggest sending prescription here.They also are sometimes randomly closed for different reasons.

Because there was no parking available in the parking lot the manager of this location decided to close their drive-thru window and make people come inside. But there is no parking so no one can come inside and it's forcing several people in line to park dangerously so that they can get their prescriptions.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Hold times are out of control. They say they never received prescriptions which is weird when coming from 2 separate doctors over a few weeks, seems to me the problem is tge pharmacy.

The CVS in Fairburn GA has always been my pharmacy and they are extremely helpful and have never left me without my medication.

I hate everything about this particular location. Pharmacy drive thru employees sees you pull up, sitting and waiting for help and ignores you. They won't even look at the window, they will walk right pass you, let along come up to the window to see what you need. This is why I transferred all of my prescription elsewhere, because, of their incompetent manner. The front store employees are no better. Please shut this location down AND FOR GOOD!!!

What's the purpose of the barcode thing if they aren't going to use it, I sent someone to pick up my prescription (due to illness) & they had them pay for medication i didn't fill need or want! When the barcode that they was suppose to scan was clearly for 1 prescription

I was at this cvs today I've been going for the past 6 yrs the wait isn't bad if you go at the right time. I went just 20 min ago to drop off prescription ( I knew this wasn't the good time) but I went anyways waited in drive thru for 40 min! Get up to the window drop off the prescription knowing it wasn't going to be filled today and was okay with that. Anyways she has to check if she has them ,same as every other time I come no biggie another 15 min pass she comes back says we don't have them aggressively shoves them out the window . It's happened before I usually get the option to leave them there they call me in about 2 days says they are ready . I asked her when they would have them in sick she says I don't know ,okay I fill her all the time . She then tells me there's nothing she can do. I inquire about meds I already have there and she acted like she didn't hear me abs walked away. This isn't my first encounter with her I don't know her name but she has a thick accent. She's rude everytime I get the pleasure of having her serve me. I normally don't do things like this but needed cvs management( if there is any ) to be aware to pull her from the window.

I have been using this pharmacy for over ten years. I completely understand that service will not always be immaculate and I’m not expecting that. But never has my prescriptions been ready when I have been promised that it would be ready. I dropped off my prescriptions over an hour and a half ago. I was told it would be ready in an hour. Upon my arrival and after waiting in while for more than 20 minutes. I just knew that there would be an issue. Sure enough, it was….The clerk walks away to inquire about my prescriptions after she did not see it in the bin. Now there are two looking for my prescription only to find out that it wasn’t there. I was told that it was not yet ready and it would take 20 minutes. The pharmacist then decides to begin working on my prescriptions. No apology, no acknowledgement, not even eye contact from the pharmacist. I pray that they never have to wait in discomfort and pain for something that essentially was done in less than 20 minutes
