Twice I requested a refill on a medication. The first time somehow the refill went through and then it was reversed, so I did it again ready for pick up in 24hrs. The next day I sit in the drive thru and once I get to the front a lady whom I can barely understand tells me she doesn't have anything ready. I asked when will it be ready she shakes her head and says it's over the counter u can just walk in and get it. So basically she has no intention of filing it which once I revisited the app I can see it's like I never requested it. It's available for refill again.

This store and the one in union city seem to never answer the phone in the pharmacy. However they were very efficient getting me my Covid booster.

Boycott CVS (77 Hudson Plaza, Fairburn)! I had a very TRAUMATIC experience at this location. A manager (Non African American Woman) refused to service me since I was Nauseous. Here is the story...I was at the store to get meds for nausea. Since I was nauseous, I tried to go to the restroom in the store, and it was locked. I asked the pharmacy attendant, and she told me to request the manager to unlock it. Since I was about to throw up, I went outside to "do my business", ugh. I came back into the store to request that the manager open the restroom so that I could "clean up". She spoke very rudely to me and said NO. I then told her, that she may be cleaning up my mess, since I was nauseous, and I would also report her to the CVS home office. I continued to shop, for my meds, ginger ale, and some sales items. When I went to the front to check out, I advise the manager that I was pregnant, and I was just trying to get to the bathroom, and that I will be reporting her. She then OVER spoke me, and yelled out the CVS 800 number, and stated that she lost a customer because I announced I was nauseous. She then stated that she did not want to service me. At that point, I got REALLY MAD! I stated that she just lost 2 customers, and I will NEVER come back to that store. I called the CVS Feedback line to report her, and I moved all of my prescriptions to KROGER (they give you $50 to move your refills by the way). My company has a CVS Caremark plan, so I will have to go back to CVS, so now I will have to use the mail order plan or drive a long way to Union City or Tyrone to visit the other CVS pharmacies. I know this is a long story, but I had to share my TRAUMATIC experience. I felt like I was back in the 50's when I was denied service. I will also let my Dr. know not to recommend this location to her patient's. Dr. Latisha Burgess is a Fairburn Dr.

I have been getting harassed by CVS for the last few month, getting recorded phone calls early in the morning till late at night letting me know about somebody’s refills. I do not shop at CVS. They will not answer their own phone so I cannot get rid of them.

Zero stars is appropriate. This has to be the worst CVS pharmacy in AMERICA. RUDE, SLOW, andddd they violate HIPPA alllll the time. I'm pretty sure none of those people are licensed. Oh and don't even bother calling a prescription in days ahead of time, you still have to wait when you pick it up.

I was on the phone for 37 mins just waiting for someone to just pick up the phone and acknowledge the face that the phone was ringing I remained on the phone and walked in the cvs towards the pharmacy to see a line yes they was busy.... but in 37 mins not to pick up the phone and say please hold say something just something not one staff answered the phone and I watch Alexis 4 time press buttons on the phone and silence it before it started to ring again I stated hey someone what's to answer that she say I'm busy I said ok you could have at least picked up the phone and the phone is STILL RINGING she continues on to what she was doing the cashier asked me name dob and address out loud for me to help her look up my son and my medication I said it needs to be ready and filled the cashier stated it's not here I don't see it I said this is why the phone needed to be answered to save a trip so i was Finally able to speak to the pharmacist and she search for my medication and told me to give her about 30 minutes but please do not forget that I still had the phone ringing and no one continue to answer poor service!

The pace of which these people move is comparable to the sloth at the DMV from Zootopia. Drive thru and Phone. Going in isn't too bad if it isn't crowded. I called today and was on the phone for 20 minutes, Holding, and then someone picked up to tell me i had 4 people ahead of me, then she comes to the phone to get info and says "ummm hold on". Now i am thinking it is a problem. I was only calling to see if my son's prescription was ready. After being on hold another 5 minutes a different person picks up, and ask me all of the same questions. She said "yes it is ready" . Then I got the automatic robo call telling me it is ready. Smh this was supposed to be ready yesterday, so i guess you have to call to get anything rolling. This is closer to my house, so the frequently used meds I keep here and everything else is at Publix. Guess i need to go ahead and switch everything.

I wish I can give them Negative stars! This is the is worst CVS I've been to. I gave them a prescription at 1pm and was told 3:30pm which wasn't the only problem. I didn't return until 5pm to pick it up. When I showed up the one prescription want ready and still had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Then the pharmacist wants to have an attitude with me because I called him out on his poor attitude and how much the service here sucks. This CVS is 5 minutes from my house but I rather drive 30 minutes to another to get medication for my child than this place.

I have mixed reviews. Some days the service awesome depending on who helps you. Other days the service is slow and the employees can be very rude and unpleasant to deal with.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. They are very slow. I turned in my prescription at 1pm they told me it would be ready by 330. I show up at 730 and they tell me it's not ready. It's now been over an hr and I still have no prescription . The tech knows more than actual pharmacist. He told me that my medication wasn't covered by insurance when I've gotten this medication plenty of times for free on my insurance. The tech ended up coming to the window and telling me that they didn't even have my insurance in the computer anymore. Horrible horrible service

The absolute worst pharmacy service I have ever experienced on a consistent basis. Can we please get a better pharmacy team. Awful!!! Andre and his staff are the worst. If you need more help to service the community then hire them!

This location is perfect in distance from my Home, job and Physicians Office. I was diagnosed with the flu twice in a2 month time span. The drive thru line was ridiculous back out into the main entrance. I believe this location needs more support especially in the pharmacy area. Considering the spike in flu cases, they should've had more support. I was barely able to stand in the line waiting to pick up my prescriptions. CVS We have to do better especially in the South Fulton area... I can almost guarantee that the CVS on Peachtree Industrial Customers are being serviced in a timely manner.

This place is a trip! Drive up window is a joke! I've been waiting in this line for far too long. 20minutes and they have two people in front of me and two behind me. Why would you have a drive up window! Slow Slow Slow
