When you get to the gate honk your horn. Very friendly they open at 7am. Lady at shipping office is very helpful. Drop trailer at the dock and bobtail to the office park there. Wait for a phone call. 2 to 3 hours to load. Thank you from Bertrand Kay Services

FCFS pickup — arrived at 11:30am, they took us in after about 15 minutes. Considering it was a tire load, they got us loaded pretty fast!
