It is closed before time, it’s supposed to close at 6, but at 5 pm there is no one to be seen. This has not happened once or twice, they’re simply wasting one’s time.

Took everything but what they called, "fat back TVs". Guys were throwing items around, which caused sliders on bottom of bed rails to separate from legs. I had to ask them to pick it up. Probably never put them back on legs. Wanted w donate quality items that may help someone else. Workers should take care with donated items. Witnessed them sliding flat screen TV face down with no cloth or other protection for screen. Frustrating!

The large facility on Old National Highway gave me courteous and profesdional service.

This location always closes before their posted time of 6pm. It’s 5:41 pm and their closed sign is up with their worker walk-in around on the phone. SMH

I wouldn't waste your time. I attempted to drop off brand new items still in the box and they said they had too much and couldn't take it. Not sure how often they have someone pick up items. Doesn't make sense to have someone just sitting there all day and they can't even take anything. This was at 11:00 am on a Saturday when I went.
