J & R Tire Inc. provides fantastic and highly recommended service, particularly for truckers and those with urgent tire issues. Customers report absolutely fantastic experiences with kind, helpful, and honest staff who offer great and professional service. The team is known for being angels to stranded drivers, working hard to get them back on the road quickly, often in about an hour or even within 15 minutes. They assist with flat tires, spare tires, and big rigs, sometimes going above and beyond by driving to get a needed tire from a warehouse. While the service space is noted as a bit tight, the business is praised for being very reasonable and not fussing over unusual situations. Many highlight it as the best customer service they have experienced in a long time.
One of my drivers needed a drive tire, The gentleman at J&R we're able to get him squared away for a very good price and in record time so we could keep rolling. Highly recommend these guys, and we'll definitely be back to do business should we need rubber in the Atlanta area.
