“Friendly staff always smiling and nice, polite, quick. The last time I was in there she mentioned that the place was open for shipping on Sunday, not just the po boxes. Thought great, have to remember that, as busy as things get. Location is easy to find and conveniently located next to restaurants, retails shops and grocery store (do it all in one stop) what more could you ask for? Check out the service for yourself the next time you need shipping or a po box. Oh I forgot to mention they take Amazon returns there as well! Super plus ?????♀️??”

“Ms. Carter is truly a gem to this location. I’ve never had a bad or negative experience with her. She’s had some associates who were not csf however, they are no longer around as I can see. I am going to miss this location so dearly, she’s the best example of leadership in a small location (big) establishment. She’s always greeting people and hold conversations, thank you for your wait if the line is long and moves swiftly to accommodate customers. Never a negative experience with her around not with me. Sandtown has the best UPS store ever. Shout out to Ms Carter and all of her hard work and dedication to the south Fulton community”

“Employees are very friendly and they always have me in and out! The few times I've been i noticed that they don't do the scanning of the QR code for returning packages (like Amazon QR codes to return) but if you email them the postage they'll print it off for you for a small fee. Good business overall. I love going here when I want to be in and out.”

“I've been to this ups store location a few times and what I appreciate most is that it's never crowded. I've been to other locations in the area and there's often a line, sometimes 15 people deep, doing multiple returns, shippings, notary services, etc. This one is always a quick in and out. They also have a self service station off to the side for you to do your own Amazon returns. The process is simple and easy. This locally owned and operated store is open 7 days a week for your printing, faxing, scanning, shipping, shredding, notary, or mailbox services.”

“This small, family business is a quaint place does wonders. The mail service is friendly and flexible in it's multitude of options from collecting mail, notary, making copies, or purchasing small office items, snacks, beverages, or purchasing local vendor products. This business that makes you feel like you are a part of the community and that you matter is what you get when interacting Monday-Saturday.”

“Cleanest and friendliest UPS store experience within a 10 mile radius. Glad I looked up by zip versus going to the location of habit. Staff of 3 young ladies were very nice, friendly, attentive and fast. If in need of a notary they offer it as a service outside of shipping/returns.”

“I always have such a great experience at my local UPS Store in Peachtree City!I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Carson and Brittany. They are always so friendly, welcoming, patient, and helpful.Every time I walk in, they make me feel right at home not like I’m just another customer or number waiting in line. Their customer service is truly exceptional, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about the people they help. “I arrived at the UPS store. It was very busy. There was a lot of about eight people ahead of me while I was standing in line and associate came down the line and greeted everyone. And stated that we would be help shortly and thank us for our patience. I was in the store a total of nine minutes the associate that helped me was polite, helpful, and efficient. This is something that I do not often receive in the area that I live, which is excellent customer service and efficiency as my time is very important as a small business owner.”
