While the staff is friendly the service is one to be desired. The quote for repair of my brakes was a sham! I received two quotes one on 11/16/23 and another on 12/19/23 which was on a special of free brakes pads yet the quote on 11/16 was less then the one on 12/19 with supposedly free brake pads. I called and was told that on my initial quote the brake pads were cheaper pads! Give me a break with that nonsense. Never the less I let them repair my brakes. Stupid me! Then I travel 30 minutes to pickup my car and they’re closed although the website states they close at 6pm. I get there at 5:20 and they’re gone. Not operating hours on door. I will never go back and will be putting this same testimony on every site customer feedback site possible.

I visited this location about a week ago. Scheduled an appointment online to come in and have my tire plugged. It was flat when I arrived but I knew it was from a slow leak. I had no issues driving on it the night before nor was it flat when I arrived home. A guy came out to look at the tire and immediately told me I needed a new tire, nothing could be done to fix it, he could not plug it and that the tire was worn and disintegrating inside. He said they had no tires in stock but they could order one. 1 tire plus an alignment that he said I'd need, was quoted at $425!!!! He offered me air for the tire to get to where I was going. I drove to a tire shop and they plugged my tire for $10!!!!! There was no huge hole, no disintegration, and the tire was not beyond repair. I've been driving just fine ever since!! They tried to rip me off but I'm no fool. Nor do I jump to buy anything without weighing my options first. I will never go to this place again!

Update: I brought my car to this location I also paid $1400 to resolve the issue. I am still experiencing a noise in my car. The customer service is great but the mechanics may not be skilled enough to resolve all issues. It’s extremely frustrating when they guarantee that the issue is fixed and it’s not. I was told I would receive a follow up regarding this complaint and I never received one.

Mike was extremely friendly and sincere. I called over the phone and he persuaded me to come in right before closing time. I got an oil change and they let me know the full condition of my car which I appreciated. Clean lobby and great staff!Service: Oil change

I was pleased with the service provided. They diagnosed and was able to repair my car in the same day. The wait was not terribly long. Ken went over and beyond and took me home so I did not have to continue to wait or call a ride. Overall pretty good.I scheduled my appointment online but when I arrived there was no record of an appointment so something in their system is not connecting. My car was inspected and I was provided with a detailed invoice within less than an hour.

Omg. Post pandemic customer service overall has dropped! However, the customer service here was 100% top notch. Every employee was great but Mike was simply outstanding! He was knowledgeable, informative and very personable. He stayed and additional 30 minutes past close as I was late picking up my car! Guys keep up the good work. Initially, I was not going to leave a review. However, due to the influx of text messages requesting that I review Meineke, I will. I visited this establishment 9/14/2023 for my alternator to be replaced. Prior to the visit, my battery light would flash on and off but did not remain on for long. After the visit and the replacement, my battery light is faintly on. But, of course, that is due to a communication error. Even though I appreciate the work that was done, I did leave a little disappointed due to the lack of communication from the technicians. There was nothing in the documentation mentioning the communication error. Instead, I had to bring it to their attention and was then told about the error. Their suggestion was to have it tested even though that was something that should have been done by then after the replacement.

I went in for new rotors and pads. I never went to Meineke for service before. I was pleasantly surprised by being able to make a service appointment online and because I am a AAA member I received a 10% discount off labor. It took 2 hours in a comfortable waiting area.The service staff were friendly and informed. Do yourself a favor and come here for service.

I always know I’m getting good service when I go to this Meineke. They’re upfront and honest about what’s going on with my car. During my most recent visit, I had to get my thermostat replaced for the second time in a single year. They worked with me to get the job done at a reduced price and my car’s been running smoother ever since.

So, I’ve tried to give avoid leaving a review of my last experience with this particular Meineke location. I was always taught to not say anything if you don’t have anything good to say. Let me say, that the two people that I dealt with inside of the office, Min (sp) and the manager were attempting to put lipstick on an otherwise miserable 3 week ordeal when we were face to face.The communication through a situation like that with the customer is paramount and in that effort, they failed miserably. I never knew what was going on unless I drove there, because the phone was rarely answered. All in all there were moments while my car was in the shop there that were very frustrating. I will spare you the details, but they’ve got MAJOR customer service issues to clear up from leadership on down. I really hope they get them cleaned up, but I won’t be going back under any circumstance.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Beware...this location gave me a diagnostic and repair quote of $253 only to come back and inform me that in order to fully complete the job, I needed to pay an additional $2000 to actually make my car drivable. I declined the additional $2000 and asked for a refund of the $253 I initially paid since it didn't fix the problem. After the manager Ryan spoke with the owner, he informed me that they couldn't refund me even though they never fixed my car b/c their workers still needed to be paid. I found this unbelievable- so they didn't fix my car and my car was sitting on their lot not drivable, unable to use the car parts I had to pay for.Therefore, I had to have the car towed. When the tow company came, Meineke gave them the wrong car and car keys!!! Literally if we were criminals we could have kept that person's car. So of course we had the tow company return the car; but even with this mishap Meineke didn't apologize nor offer to reimburse the tow company for the mistake they made.Basically if you're looking for an honest car care center, this is not the one. Please beware as a consumer bc this company will not take care of your best interests.

I took my car to this location on June 27th based on a recommendation from Advance Auto Parts in Tyrone, GA. I paid for the AC Diagnostic with Evacuate System and Recharge. The representative told me if the AC was not blowing cold, to bring the car back and would not have to pay to recheck the system. My AC blew out semi-cold for a few weeks and started blowing warm again on July 18th. I returned the car, and the rep confirmed dye in one of the valves. The representative said I would only pay for the Freon and the valve. I returned to pick up the car and was charged a portion of the charge for the AC Diagnostic with Evacuate System and Recharge, freon, and the valve. I questioned him about the amount, and he said it was a different tech that worked on the car, and he wanted the tech to get paid. Regardless of the tech, the cost should not be my responsibility since I just paid for the diagnostic a few weeks ago, and he said I would not be charged again. He refunded me a portion of the charge but not the complete amount. I will be disputing that charge with my bank since those were not the terms and conditions shared with me. I also still have no cool AC, so I am unsure what was repaired or checked. I will likely not return to this location/shop.Services: Auto A/C recharge
