Nestle Purina is a business receiving mixed reviews from delivery drivers. Experiences vary significantly based on shift and dock. Some report a quick and easy process, with a super nice security check-in, a nice lady at the office, inside restrooms available, and a painless unload taking only 45 minutes to a few hours. Many highlight a truly exceptional and professional gentleman on the second shift, who is incredibly pleasant, takes charge, unloads trucks quickly, and communicates clearly about the line, making the experience positive. However, other reviews describe disorganization and poor communication. Drivers report being given unclear instructions, with no one telling them where to go, leading to long periods of waiting or searching for the correct door. Some mention being moved between doors late at night and receiving vague responses from receiving staff, which causes stress and concern. A specific complaint is the lack of a restroom for drivers. The process at the frozen dock is first come, first served, with variable wait times depending on the number of reefer trucks. Drivers check in at the back dock, fill out paperwork, and ring a bell to wait for unloading. While some encounters are highly efficient and professional, others are frustrating due to communication issues and a lack of facilities.
Awful place! Wait time ridiculous but on a bright note your trailer is the cheapest storage nestle has. Probably get 80 dollars an hour in detention and it will take six months to never to get it. Definitely the worst purina plant so far but they are pretty much the same. People don't care just a paycheck.

Whatever you do, don't bring anyone here. I waited 15 hours just to leave this place.

People are nice but you will sit a long long time for bulk hopper delivery.
