“I haven’t been into Shop, which I will definitely be changing that real soon, but I just wanna say Brandon at Fairburn Pawn Was the nicest person, and he saved me and my kids day! I wasn’t even shopping I had run out of gas right in front of the store. Without hesitation, he had some gas, brought it out and put it in my vehicle without a moments hesitation. And did not complain one time about how I stood have made sure I had enough gas in there, even though I was kicking myself because I should have. He also refused any sort of payment so if he’s that type of person in general, I can imagine his store is probably Top-notch and you probably get the best service and value . Thank you Brandon for saving this Mom and her 4 Kids a long walk and an extremely late day”

“Both the manager and the employees here offer great customer service and I received a fair price on the item I pawned. Don't understand all the low ratings. What folks don't understand, is that it's a business. And they can't afford to give out money on JUNK, that they may very well get stuck with. So you can't get mad if you get turned down. It means what you are trying to pawn has no real worth. Anyways, been here twice, and only had good experiences.”

“Poor customer service slow service pick and choose who they greet which should be all slow employees if you do not like your job find another with less public contact all employees at this location are no better than the next person coming in the door and have the audacity to talk about what another person does with their $$$ they work for it they can do whatever they want with it if you don’t like your job or not a people person get another job location need new management and refresher course on customer service pandemic or not”
