I ordered extra marinara. My pan pizza arrived dry and cold because a DoorDash driver who does not possess the keep warm pouch for the pies delivered it. This was just a horrible experience and I feel like I wasted $22 dollars. I used to love PizzaHut; it was a childhood staple. Mann... How the mighty have fallen. Not doing that again.

I love grabbing a Pizza Hut personal pan pizza at least twice a month. There are two locations near my house, and I can now say with certain I will not be back to this location. This is the third time, in two months I have paid for extra cheese, on my personal pan pizza, and not received it. This location also uses the least amount of cheese out of any location, I have ever been to. You are almost forced to get extra cheese, if you want a decent amount. So to not give me the “extra cheese” I paid for, is just dishonest business practice all around. It is worth driving the extra 2 miles to the Sonora Road location, where you can get a regular amount of cheese without having to buy extra. This clearly Has to be a franchise owned location that’s cutting corners.

I ordered Pasta and boneless wings for delivery. The Boneless wings were never delivered. When I called the Pizza Hut (8390 Senoia Rd Fairburn, GA 30213) the woman that answered assured me my wings would be delivered shortly. An hour later I called back to ask about the wings, she asked me to hold for a minute and placed the receiver on the counter for the next 20 minutes then came back and hung up on me. I called back and requested a refund on the wings. Again she placed the receiver on the counter. after another 20 minutes, I hung up and tried calling back. No one from this restraint would answer the phone.I filled out an online complaint and also called their 800 customer service to report but all I have received is an email from Pizza Hut with a Survey that I did fill out with the details.Pizza Hut has lost another customer and I hope anyone that received this kind of service will never eat at Pizza Hut again! the company has never responded to my complaints. no wonder this company is failing. I'll be forever telling my story about Pizza Hut and the extremely bad service and ripping off their customers by not delivering what they have ordered and paid for.

Ordered CARRYOUT pizza gets ready at 8:10 we get there at 8:30 already 20 min LATE. Upon arrival there are employees just slacking around drinking drinks out the cooler eating food in the back. While 8 people are waiting for their food. Absolutely insane and to be honest just close this

No stars at all! They are very rude. I was trying to call and ask about an application I put in yesterday and hung up on me twise. I ran Pizza Hut better than any of them and better than my last Pizza Hut manager. I moved to a different location and thought I’d try Pizza Hut here in fairburn. Something I’m comfortable and very familiar with. And they gave me no chance didn’t responde and hung up on me as soon as I mention an application. So these people will not get blessed with my hard work and I’ll take it else where. Whoever is running that building should not be running it any longer. And nothing will change my mind. They could if had a hard worker that knew everything better than them. But they don’t give people a chance. Very judgmental and defiantly don’t wanna share the hours. Website said there was an open position and I applied. And this how I get treated when I know that store in and out. Yeah screw yall.

deserved no stars, they don't give new people a chance to work there. I called twise and they hung up on me! both times they slammed the phone down as soon as I said something about an application. little do they know I can run that building better than the managers. I ran the whole Pizza Hut from where I used to live. I moved to a new location and tried to apply here with open team member position I found. they gave me no chance. could have had a hard worker that already knew everything but thier loss I'll take my hard work else where

They deserve no stars!!!!!!!! This is the second time they got my order wrong. The manager on duty told me the GM would be in next day. I tried for 2 weeks and black male manager lied saying he was in a meeting. I finally tried them again today and ordered online. I wait 1 hours and 15 mins for my pizza and they had my order wrong!!! Everyone customer inside was upset saying they're order was wrong. The black male manager gave me a refund and when I asked for GM name again he said this is a franchise not corporate and there is nothing I can do about it. Sooooo unprofessional. This manger has been a problem for a year now and doesn't care to help customers. The girls working tonight thought it was funny and went to the back to eat pizza!!! I need the owner or coprate to email me back because something needs to be done. I am a pregnant woman and I'm soooo upset this is the second time this pizza but did.me dirty. I will never come back to this location. It needs to be closed or have a NEW STAFF. THEY ATE THE PIZZA THAT WAS WRONG LIKE IT WAS ON PURPOSE. I NEED ANSWERS
