Very slow to do prescriptions. They wait until you try and pick it up before they even start to work on it. My doctor put a prescription in for me at 9:30 am , it’s 3:30 pm and it’s still not ready and they had the nerve to have an attitude with me . Terrible customer service

Got my booster shot today at the pharmacy. I have a fear of needles from a bad childhood experience. The Pharmacist was so patient and kind. Plus, her skill with giving shots was amazing. Best shot experience. Barely felt it. No pain.

The staff is incredibly helpful and professional. There is also a quick line for people who pay ahead on the app. I got my flu shot in store as well, and it was a great experience considering it involved a needle!

Christian provided great customer service today! I had a bad experience at a different Publix just before coming to this one and he did the opposite, that was refreshing.

Publix pharmacy processing time was ridiculously long for me today (5/21/21). Publix pharmacy Reminds me of big pharmacy process time today. It took 1-1/2 hours to fill one prescription while I waited because I was out of the medication. Unacceptable service Publix pharmacy; it should not take that much time for one medication to be provided.

The pharmacy new staff is very unprofessional. Calls not answered anymore and goes straight to customer service . Horrible customer service at the pharmacy and I have been going here for over 10 years . Need to switch staff ASAP or they will lose customers ... my neighbors are also complaining .

Poor customer service. My online order was only half way completed in the Deli for another online order to be worked on that came in after mine was placed. I had to stop and wait until the second online order was completed before mine was worked on again with me having only half my order, well passed 5 minutes after it is due. I am still here waiting for mine and took pictures of the other order as well to show it was placed after mine.
