I moved from another storage place to Ms Lilian’s Storage and not only is the price comparable, but the units are cleaner. The property is cleaner and communication with personnel is exceptional. I have referred their locations to my friends.

So far so good. I had a hard time opening the lock. I guess this one is old, But it was very clean.

Excellent communication and cooperation for them not to be an on the premise operation. They’re prompt and very helpful in solving issues that need attending and they manage to do a great job at accommodating you via a phone call!! I must admit I’m impressed that it works so well!!

This has been the worst experience ever! Please don’t rent here. Rats destroyed most of our property and the owners still charged us $250 to dispose of things covered in rat feces. No explanation, no apology, just a pending charge for them having to dispose our precious valuables that were destroyed due to poor management. Then to see a review from 4 years ago complaining of rats is pitiful. You are not fit to store people’s valuable belongings. I will make a report to the BBB. Please don’t rent here. There is a RAT INFESTATION!

I have rented two storage units at Ms. Lillian’s Self Storage – Fairburn from June 2024 to February 2025. The facility is secure and clean. I am completely satisfied and I have no worries about my property stored at this facility.
