“I love my storage unit and the people who own it. It is the perfect size for what I need right now. The customer service and paperwork was very fast. Communication is on point every time! If they don’t answer just shoot them a text and for sure they will respond right away. They do random checks on the units. One time my lock was not properly out on I had some issues with it before I left. I received a call it was locked and they immediately replaced it temporarily until I was able to come out another on my storage unit. I appreciate that! You can pay online quick fast and easy and if you want to pay ahead of time you also have the option. The website is very user friendly and I just love my business with my storage family. I will always keep my storage as long as I need it I couldn’t see myself going anywhere else. I love how they treat you almost like a family or a guest and not just a paying client.
